Most of the guys in Tame Impala have been in Pond at some point.

I realized from this that I was out-of-touch on Tame's discog, I had only heard random songs. Now I've actually listened to Lonerism and Currents in-full and love both, especially the latter. That has some -hits-.

I caught Death Cab at the Opera House here in Ye Olde Sydney Towne a month or so ago, and they were absolutely **** awesome. **** any #notwithoutwalla thinking, ladies. I noticed they're playing at SummerFest, which I understand is the 1 day "IT'S NOT **** FREEZING HERE" festival in Milwaukee (I understand Minnesota has a half day festival), if you've ever kinda liked them then get your butts out of your hovels and catch them right now.

Way more rock of a show than I expected.

Sad.

As far as new music, this is a little late but the Dave album, "Psychodrama," is really good.

Right on queue, he just performed a couple new songs on SNL. The other is "Patience."

You might like The Menzingers

Awesome, I liked that a lot, will check them out. Thanks!

Glad you liked it. They just announced today they will be playing at the Turner Hall Ballroom on August 3rd.

I've been obsessed with this song. Dennis Rodman featured it in a post, and I was hooked. I think it's hilarious that the country folks got their panties in a twist about it getting up on the charts.

Been getting excited to go to Bonnaroo and have been diving into the undercard. My favorite find is Ripe.

I feel like if I made it my life and business to write country hits, it'd upset me to have someone write a dope one as a goof.

Yeah, get annoyed but to take it off the charts is pretty ridiculous imo.

Like Spielberg constantly saying Netflix movies shouldn't be able to win Oscars. Comes off as whiny and insecure about their ability to keep up with the industry.

smashing pumpkins siamese dream is a 10/10 album. the guitar tone on it is absolutely incredible and the songs are all fantastic.

its too bad billy corgan is such an absolute douchebag and hasnt put out any relevant music in the past 20+ years. but...if they did an anniversary tour for this album, id probably have to pay to see it. its easily in my top 10 of all time.
