No roster is good for Spo. He's always been an underachiever. We were a Ray Allen 3pter away from walking out with 1 title in 4 years with the Big 3. We should've won EVERY year with that team. And now, we're missing the playoffs for the 2nd time in 4 years since LeBron left. And the two years we did make the playoffs were also a disappointment.

Only 2 seasons he underachieved. The 1st season of the big 3 but that was more because Lebron choked than Spo. So in actuality its just one season. This one. We should be good enough to get to 42 - 40 record which would be enough to get to playoffs and get swept by the Bucks. But playoffs or no playoffs this is a bad team. If your relying on a 35 year old whose retiring to close games for you, you are a bad team.

This team has lost atleast 10 games they had no business losing. Stop making excuses, spo has NOT maximized this roster.

We also won games we had no business winning, that's the definition of a ~38-41 win team.
