But I mean Rodgers could be a bit nicer to his teammates...
I don't think I have ever seen anyone question his toughness, his skill or his competitiveness. They are all top notch, but we don't need to pretend he can be off putting to some people, do we?

Should we care that he's "off-putting"? "He's a once in a lifetime talent!" "Yeah, but I heard he doesn't talk to his parents enough"

I used to shoo this stuff away, but there will be (maybe not anymore given only like 5 years left) when any player with a long career has a **** teammate or coach.
I don't think Rodgers is diva-level WR caliber team-wrecker, but a good quality is being able to get past that ****. Now, by most accounts, they weren't an atrocious team, but if any of this is true because of Rodgers' personality...yes, TT/Murphy should've acted on various things...but a great quality is being able to work past that.
I'm in the camp that Rodgers is like #3 or #4 on the list of problems we had, but if we lose a game here or there or a few teammates are alienated because of him -- that's not good.
A-Rod's the only one left (other than Murphy). If LaFleur is a good coach if any of this article about Rodgers' personality is true, we still have to be concerned that somewhere along the line, Rodgers can screw it up.
