This is the time to use the legacy, market, and resources of this franchise and get one of the best. Gotta at least try to get guys like Buford, Presti. I’d start with Masai Ujiri.

Wojo was on the radio this morning saying that the Lakers job is still the top job in the nba and that the Lakers have never opened up their jobs to the best basketball minds in the nba.... He said they need to. We will have a healthy LeBron James, cap space, and we have trade pieces. We are in a great position if you ask me.

Honestly would consider promoting Ryan West if that meant we could get Jerry back in our good graces. Highly doubt that's going to happen though.

Signing Sam Presti or RC Burford would be like signing the NBA executive LeBron or KD. There is also no cap on how much you can pay an executive in the NBA. The Lakers have money. Don't cheap out like my Dodgers do.

Pelinka has to go. He is part of the problem. We hit rock bottom yesterday. Clean house and get the best people here.

Make Ryan West the GM.
Call Jerry West and apologize if you have to. Tell him his son is the new GM and we want him as president. If he doesn't want the title tell him he come as a consultant and oversee everything. That way he doesn't have to deal with media and agents and the such.
Tell Luke he is our coach next year but he has to improve.
Have a meeting with all the decision makers and discuss trading Lebron.

Enough of this. Losing is one thing but becoming a total joke is unacceptable.

I understand that Jeannie was new to being the shot caller and had to lean on people she knew and trusted (Magic and Kobe). But she has experience now...…….. this is now way to run an organization.

Do whatever you have to get the best and most capable and competent people. She has money and she has the Laker name behind her. How is this difficult?

The next decision Jeannie makes is probably the most important she has ever made. This could either turn us around or we fall deeper into this pit we have dug for ourselves.
