Gambo did say good coaches are out there and who did he mention - Kidd

Turned off the radio - no wonder I got blocked by him on twitter I might have told him he was an idiot who never had Suns news
Gambos infatuation with Kidd is ridiculous.

Burns didn't give a reason why he would fire Igor except for with all the coaching changes in Phoenix - thats why he is keeping him

I am not sure what they look at - probably just wins and losses. Gambo did say about Greinke, that it would be nice if he had a good W-L record at the trading deadline to help his value. Like scouts judge a pitcher on W-L record. Same thing with Igor. I get he has areas to improve - but the roster make up was terrible, the team finally started getting players like Oubre and Tyler that fit longer term and not old guys playing out their careers and with injuries, they were decimated. Bigger picture than just 19-63 to evaluate Igor Kokoskov.

The BSOTS blogger, Ashley Nevel really thinks Warren is out the door. I get he is a good player to trade - but he can also score the ball and the team still needs that. If I had my druthers - if not Zion: 2019 FRP, than Josh, than Warren to improve the roster.

Ashley Navel thinks (said) that Kokoskov and Warren are gone.

We will see if she has any inside info...

If they fire Igor and replace him with Kidd I'm going to take a break from this team for a bit. For **** sake the fact the bucks jumped like 20 wins after getting rid of Kidd should be enough to make him unhireable.

I really want Igor back. But If FO has inside info and must get a new coach, it would be nice to get Gentry back if pelicans start over. I hope we at least get Alvin back as an assistant coach if he gets fired.

I was thinking it would be nice to get him as an asst if he got fired. I read earlier that he would probably be fired but that he might be offered a job in the Pelicans FO...somewhere on twitter, can't remember who said it.

I would be pretty pissed if they fired Koko.

He sold his house in Phoenix in the last month or two. Doesn't mean he can't buy a new one. But he would be a nice addition to the coaching staff. Mentor to Igor thats for sure.

I don't know if she has any real reasons to think so other than not talking to media like always (though given the abundance of wings and JJs lack of trade value, he's like the ONLY decent trade piece they have that people would want to move, so expecting it to happen makes sense. I think people thought it was going to happen last summer).

May be we can rename this thread to 'SUNS GOSSIP' and create actual ones for free agency and trade chatter. A lot of syrup flowing here.

Woj will let us know of Igor is fired
Maybe Shams

it won't be the local crew

I just think bigger picture - they have a head coach in place with the strongest background since Gentry. They had a mismatched roster that actually was better in terms of long term but still had growing pains. Add injuries and it really isn't Igor's fault

Can he get better as a coach? Yes

Can the Front Office finally get a PG for this team? Yes

I have always thought Igor was Brett Brown and I am sticking to that comp. now this is the Suns - they will probably fire Igor to hire Kidd and than sign Rozier.

But it's possible that she knows all that inside info?

I mean... Kokoskov being fired and TJ Warren traded this summer are big time moves for the organization.

What about a warren for dinwiddie swap in the summer? Dinwiddie can’t be traded until June I believe because of his extension but it could make some sense for both teams and the numbers are close.

It's not like either is a bold prediction. She might have some inside information or she's guessing on it and if she's right it ups her insider cred and if wrong then she can just say 'things changed' or something like that. Media folks do it all the time.

No, it's pure speculation, but a lot of people think TJ will be traded. It's her first year on the beat too so I think she is probably overreacting to how TJ is with the media...he's always been like that. I think he might have social anxiety....feels socially awkward where you get like panic attacks. I think some of the media kind of takes that personally and holds it against him.

I don't think TJ necessarily wants out..wouldn't make sense being in first year of his extension. He was playing over 31 mpg before he reinjured his ankle. It wasn't like he was away from the team. He was with them, laughing on the sidelines, etc.

Of course again if they have to trade someone to get talent at another position back he would have the most value probably outside of our lottery rookies and Booker.

About Igor, I think she just has a gut feeling on Igor but it's based on something it seems...I just wonder what. She said it would be unfair.

I am curious how the Suns FO feels about Jackson after his play this year, how he came into the season, the missed function, etc. Though he probably doesn't hold too much trade value either.

I don't really get this tweet. If Igor isn't the problem and we're not tanking then Igor must be conducive to building a winning team. if that's the case then why is she saying he's out?

Unless there's someone with more of a "name" out there. IMO Walton is the only guy I want to replace Igor if Igor is gone.

I was scrolling her tweets and just saw that, and found it interesting, but it's quite a bit older. I don't really know what to make of it. I do wonder if this was around the time Booker said something like "We are not on the same page...it's the worst it's ever been" or something like that. Maybe some players were not getting along.

The thing is, shortly after Booker said that, we had that crazy 4 out of 5 wins and he was saying it's the best it's ever been.

But who knows?

I have a hard time believing they would trade Dinwiddie after just agreeing to an extension. Wouldn't be a cool move right after a player signed to stay there. Plus I think they really like him.

I think if Boston trades for AD and has to give like Tatum and Hayward or Brown or something AND Kyrie stays they might do a TJ for Rozier S&T. I'm not a Rozier fan though.
