Denver roars back, finally taking back the lead in the final 30 seconds. Good thing because Portland made a comeback of their own. Denver secures a top 5 record so we'll get pick 36.

Not as good is our lottery odds drop a bit with the Kings' loss.

Kemba can’t say he knows he’ll be here or not. We don’t even know for sure if the Hornets will actually offer him the deal or the max. We don’t know if he’s super max eligible or not.

Also, our friends the Boston Celtics get the Sac pick unless it goes number one. In which case philly gets it. Boston can also convey the Memphis pick unless it’s too high. Aren’t these the other Frank picks we got offered?

I’m not the suspicious type, but the fact that my washing machine died on the last game and no matter how hard I tried I had to replace it with a new one.

Kemba is gone. (Yes, I’m comparing Kemba with my laundry appliance)

Ainge was bullshitting about that offer, it never happened, or at least not the way he claimed. Every time the Celtics don't get their man, in that case Justice Winslow, Ainge leaks an amazing offer that is most likely purely fictional. It's Boston media damage control to keep the townies from complaining too loudly.

If that offer was legitimately on the table Pat Riley would've skipped all the way to the fax machine to send in the paperwork to the league office to accept it.

I think they were hoping Monk would replace Lamb next year - on a much cheaper contract. That obviously hasn't worked out.

Luckily for them, it looks like Bacon will be able to do that.

I think we will get the same sort of production and playing style out of Bacon than we did Lamb at a fraction of the cost.

I feel like Bacon is very different than Lamb. Lamb is still a very thin dude whose added just enough muscle to be able to finish at the rim and not get pushed off his shots. His defense is still awful and he’s a black hole on offense. Bacon needs to improve his finishing skills and playmaking, but that dude has an NBA body. He looks like Marvin Williams but moves like a guard. If we re did that draft, he would be a first rounder easily.

In terms of Monk, if he can add muscle and become more disciplined in his shot selection. Work on setting his feet and not launching off balance or taking bad shots - I think he can be very good. His upside is Lou Williams if he can work on his game. Will he be with us by the time that happens? Who knows.

Lamb has peaked and this is like our ‘16 FA season. Someone is going to overpay Lamb. I really hope it’s not us because I wouldn’t want to pay him more than what he makes now.
