i'm not trashing your team. I meant one could be awesome in the regular season then disappear in the playoffs. my point that is.

I rechecked Lowry's stats and saw Lowry actually averaged 17/9 last season as a second option player in the playoffs, 44% from 3 and 66% TS. It was unfortunate Derozan was our number 1 guy last year.

I think Siakam's emergence as our 2nd option scorer is going to help Kyle even more, and take a huge scoring load off his back. I think Gasol will be play a role there too. We've already seen Lowry take a step back from scoring this year, so I hope that takes even more pressure off of him.

Danny Green might be the X-factor of this series, in Toronto's 1st win against us this year he hit a buzzer beater and in Tor's 2nd win he pretty much single-handedly torched us. If Orlando's front court steps up defensively, I wouldn't be surprised if the Raps adjust by getting him a lot of shots.

Kawhi is going to show his worth in the playoffs. Gasol is a clear upgrade over JV.

Nightman wrote:So, to be honest, I actually like the Raps a lot and I’ve always had a soft spot for them. When we get knocked out I’ll probably root for them to win the championship.

My rational side says Raps in 5 but the Magic fan in me thinks Orlando can make it a 6 game series, mostly because defensively Gordon and Isaac match up well with Kawhi and Siakam.

Either way, I have little doubt that Toronto wins this series, I’m just glad that I can watch the Magic play playoff basketball again.

But while I have the chance...

MAGIC IN 3! FOOK THE NORTH!

Thank you for the level-headed prediction. I agree. I say 5 games as well, stealing game 3 at home by a decent margin. Only thing stopping you guys from making it 6 or 7 games is not having "the man" who can just takeover a game when you're in a tough spot down 10 or less with not much time left.

Best of luck nonetheless, it will be a gritty series!

GO T ROSS! HOPE HE DROPS 50 BUT WE WIN
