Luke wasn't even a good coach. He deserved to be fired for playing Rondo so much even though the team was terrible with him on the court.

The Lakers have a chance to fix this but they need to get their front office right before anything else. Status quo plus Lue isn’t going to attract the caliber of players they want.

I don't think Luke did a particularly good job this year but our roster was not good either. Ty Lue is not an upgrade. This org is full blown clown shoes at this point.. Embarrassing to say the least.

Didn't think he was anything special at all, his rotations were puzzling at times, nothing much when it came to in game adjustements either.
Still, being fired might be a blessing in disguise.

He'll get another job in a, let's say, less complicated environnment which can only be good for a young coach.

The Ty Lue rumor is laughable though.
Just shows Lakers still have no idea what they're doing.

Luke was pretty bad this year but its hard for me to blame him with Lebron/Magic running the show. The prior year he did really well with the young guys, allowed them to play big minutes and truly find themselves. Right now I give him an incomplete.

Wouldn't mind Sac giving him a chance to come to a team with much less ego, much less spotlight and the real chance to prove himself.

How ironic Magic’s words last summer when talking about using Lebron in regard to roster construction and him always having the hall were “ because it’s just Cleveland again” and literally it could be possibly BE Cleveland again if lue is hired , griffin comes in and even the remote chance of kyrie. :lol:
