Playoffs experience like hostile atmosphere, referees non call and the physicality of the defense. These maybe 3 factors that can frustrate our young guns who needs to understand about the dynamics of the game. There will be a lot of drama on the sideline but our team should be laser focused on their individual task and assigned duty given by coac Clifford. Hopefully coach can sell to his team the plan that can upset the nos 2 seed.

Literally nothing i would love more than to knock some of the ego out of these arrogant Raps fans. Guys are over on their board talking about round 2 vs the Sixers already. Their level of arrogance is actually pretty impressive given they have been a downright embarrassment in the playoffs for the better part of a decade. Would have thought the would stop huffing their own farts after so many first round failures.

**** these guys.

Raptors haven't lost in the first round in the past 3 seasons, and they only got knocked out by lebron, that probably has a little to do with the confidence. I personally think it'll go 6 games (raptors win) unless the young magic players get rattled by the playoff atmosphere like how raptors players did a few years ago.

Orlando's length and athleticism caused a lot of problems for Siakam, we'll see how he adjusts. Orlando's weakness imo is their PG's and bench depth (mainly bigs) they might struggle when vuc sits.

Dont forget the Raptards have like a 2-50 record in game 1's. Mainly because they are way too full of themselves and fold like **** origami under the slightest amount of pressure.

If we don't turn the ball over, we'll have a good chance to win.

Although his loss may be felt to some extent, I don't think it's a big loss.

OG has struggled this year for a number of reasons. The kid has had a real rough go with personal, and injury issues. When on the court, some games he has been great, but mostly he has looked a little out of place on offense, and really was not as useful as we would have hoped.

I would have doubted he play more than 10 minutes a game this series, had he been healthy. I really feel for him, and hope he comes back ready to roll, but this also does give the Raptors a much clearer 8-9 man rotation.

You won't be participating in this thread much if you keep that up, just letting you know.

And I disagree about this series being easy for Toronto. It's why they play the game after all. May the best team win.
Good to see the occasional garbage ass Raptor fan feels threatened enough to come in here to tell us "how bad" we are.

No offense, but the only way you STEAL a game or "two" is if our entire starting lineup gets injured in the first 5 minutes of game 1. While i appreciate blind optimism, the talent difference between the two teams is so massive (not to mention depth and playoff experience), that it would take a meltdown of unparalleled proportions for the Raptors to lose more than 1 game in this series.

We could easily steal a game with our without your best players. Calm down. youre not that good.

He very well may miss the entire series.

Probably an 18 mpg player in the playoffs. Sucks for anyone to get injured near the playoffs :(

Right at the start of the playoffs. Man that sucks :(

If I counted right we're 23-12 with Briscoe or MCW as backup PGs.

Good defender but for months he is 14-20 min per game player who takes 3-6 FGA, with half of FGA being 3s ,where he shoots medicore 33% . Guy also never draws fouls ( below 1 FTA a game ) and shot poorly, 58% from FT line when he got there.

Meeks shoots almost 50% for 3 , he'll replace him just fine from bench.

So he plays 20+ mpg (not sure where you got 14 from) for a winning team, so obviously he's contributing. If you suddenly took away one of our 20mpg players, it would be a pretty good dent in production. He's essentially their backup PF.
