NBA Draft 2019 Who Should Orlando Draft with the 16th and 46th pick?

Post#1 » by Rayshard7 » Mon Apr 15, 2019 5:01 am

My Ideal Scenario would be drafting Kevin Porter Jr to replace Jerian Grant and Jalen McDaniels to replace Jarell Martin.

Nikola Vucevic, Mo Bamba, Khem Birch
Aaron Gordon, Jalen McDaniels
Jonathan Isaac, Wesley Iwundu, Melvin Frazier Jr
Evan Fournier, Terrence Ross, Kevin Porter Jr
DJ Augustin, Markelle Fultz, MCW

If we buyout Mozgov than I would to sign either Briscoe just in case Fultz isnt ready or a shooter like Reggie Bullock.

For 2 way I want:

Terance Mann
&
Ky Bowman

I think I go big with the #16 unless a certain player drops.

Draft Rui Hachimura with the #16 and call it a day.

BPA @ #46
PM me if you can help a brotha finally get an AVI.

Isn't he now like top 5 pick in all mocks?

Pretty much, top 10 at the very least. No way he's available when we pick

nbadraft.net has him as 4th overall

Tankathon has Sekou Doumbouya 7th i think, nba draft.net 17#

That's the thing with this draft, it's top heavy and after Zion, Ja and Rj everybody could go

i think we are in a very good place with this pick. Our FO will have more than 5 good players to choose from. I dont think its likely we will get good shot creator but solid reserve is obtainable. Clifford likes to play Ross and Fournier together with great results so I think we will try to bolster this style of play. playmaking, shooting, defensive versatility. My picks are NAW, Keldon and Cameron Johnson, Horton-Tucker, Herro, Kevin Porter and Little. So many good picks we are in a good spot guys
My money is on Banchero going number 1 !

oh wow, didn't realize that. All the mock drafts here have him top 10. Absolute wild card. I agree that he's a prospect we can't pass on.

Reminds me of shorter Sabonis, really skilled in post.

Shorter? Isn’t he 7’3”? More like skinnier and not the passer Sabonis was. He is more like KP with a longer wingspan

I've honed in on NAW and Keldon Johnson and Nas Little.

Make it easy NAW all day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I really really think he has such an NBA transferable game and in a 2 year re-draft will be top 10 guy. High BBall IQ, Defensive guy who could likely cover 1-3, spot up shooting ability and can work the combo guard spot if needed. EF TRoss Iwundu and NAW would be a damn good 2-3 4 player rotation with a mix of offensive/defensive abilities.

I could see them trading 46 for a future 2nd....
A scoring guard.. never heard of one.

I also like NAW's fit with us. If Nassir Little slides to us I think he could be a good pickup too. I wouldn't be against Herro, Johnson or Porter Jr either.

Should be some good plug and play wings in our draft range.
