We're not a team that can beat any NBA team with a negative A/TO ratio, let alone a really good one like the Raptors. The hellbent insistence on forcing things through Vuc and Fournier isn't going to start producing better results. Fournier couldn't get to his spots in the regular season, let alone in the postseason where defense is more physical. Gasol has Vuc completely figured out. We're just not going to get looks, let alone made baskets, by continuing to force that. It's no accident that things picked up when Vuc went out. Birch didn't even really do anything, it was just a matter of not having Vuc in the game to waste our possessions with.

I kinda agree. Although setting Vuc up as decoy isn't working out like what we wanted to.

Also, Gotta stop or make Siakam work. Any dude not named AG or Isaac on our lineup, Siakam has an easy time to score.

Look how good we are WITHOUT Vooch.
Niceeeee.

I like Vooch but it's good to know we're not a one-person team.

I’m just going to say this about Vuc’s contract, we CANNOT give a guy who can be COMPLETELY SHUTDOWN for an entire playoff series anywhere near what his fans think he will get (25-30 per).

I’ve had my issues with him for years now and finally came around to thinking we should give him something around 20-22 per. There is no way he would get that from me anymore. That number is closer to 18 for me now. And if he can find a bigger contract elsewhere, congrats and good luck.

Not sure how Vuc and Fournier can claim to be leaders or best players on the team after this.

If we start using Vuc more like how Toronto us using Gasol, we might actually get some better looks at the rim and driving opportunities. But by this point, it should be clear to Clifford that Toronto have gameplanned for how we usually use him and completely neutralised it. He can hit the 3 and make good passes from the high post so let's use that more!

Vuc and Fournier were the two that were most excited about getting to the playoffs, turns out they aren't meant for this moment.

They are killing this team, they already don't provide defense.

This is the playoffs. You have to expect that and do better than this if you want the long term mega contract everyone wants to give him.

Raptors main strategy is to trap Vuc and contain Ross, while eveybody is having fun talking **** about Vučević, Ross low key is having 4-16 for 3 this playoffs. But heeey, let's point out once again how bad Vučević is .
Vuc can't do anything if he's open.

Well, the only silver lining I could see with this trash performance is... Vuc better give us a big discount next contract signing lol

Vuc's only chance is to make them pay with jump shots. I think he's too scared to do that as well.

Hopefully the Vuc/Evan era finally ends after this series. It's good that we made the postseason, just to fully expose these two

He even tries to get out of guarding Gasol, he's so quick to switch to get away from him

So are we in consensus that playoff Vuc is not worth anywhere near 20 million a year?

Vuc and Fournier are holding this squad back and probably need to go after season is over. Everyone else is playing as they are expected to and in my eyes should be kept around.
