If you said Spicy was a good pick at the time, great. If you calmly didnt think so, it was your opinion at the time, totally fair.
Nobody, Masai included, saw this much Spice coming. No need to **** on your fellow posters over what is essentially a flukey prediction for 99% of us who only watch highlights or breakdowns by other people.

Granted, if Masai could foresee this, then he would have taken Siakam at 9th, not 27th.

It’s not your job. They scout for years. You sit at home and type behind a keyboard.

Skal
BOTH ON THE BOARD!!
Passing twice on high-upside plays like Labissiere and Davis is disgusting
When a potential top-10 talent slides, you make the damn pick and worry about the rest later
Even the GODDAMN KINGS had the sense to pick up SKAL with the very next pick (28)...even tho he didn't work out for them either!
LOL.

27. Toronto Raptors: Pascal Siakam (PF, New Mexico State)
Just what Toronto was thinking with this pick with Deyonta Davis still on the board is a mystery. Pascal Siakam has talent, yes, but is not a strong athlete and even ESPN analysts were surprised that he went this high. GM Masai Ujiri must see something in him that others don't, but there's no doubt that the Raptors could have done so much better with this pick. Grade: D-
