I've been reading and listening to a lot of Ringer stuff lately, just as an NBA fan in general. I've noticed a lot of positivity coming from them about the Nets recently, whether they are saying the Nets are an interesting watch, are one of Simmons "league pass" teams, or praising guys like Dinwiddie or Harris or Russell.

This article has a lot of great stuff that all of us already knew but people around the nation maybe didn't. It recaps the Philly series so far but goes on to praise the Nets, from Marks and company down to the players, and how we're not supposed to be here and how we can be the new model for rebuilding.

I love seeing stuff like this!

The Ringer - Brooklyn doing its own "process" (National praise article)

I haven’t read it yet but this one surprised me.

Read on Twitter

I feel like we’re about to crush the league with savvy moves in 2022 and after when high school talent can enter the league. Guys like Allen, LeVert, DLo(?) or possibly KD, Kyrie or anyone else will be highly paid and we’ll need to fill in holes on cheap deals.

We’ll be established and with the Long Island Nets and deep international ties, it sets up a possibility to build a strong farm system between the G-League and International scouting.

Putting an emphasis on young player development and taking chances on young prospects attached to salary dumps should be what any team who is at the bottom should be doing tbh. But most teams aren't run how the Nets are currently, so...

well the one advantage we had to this process (can't believe I'm calling it that lol) is that we didn't have draft picks. So many teams are just banking on the draft and lottery picks, and hoping they pan out. We were forced to be creative and instead of sitting on his hands and just waiting with a free pass on these few years, Marks (and Atkinson) did some amazing work that we're already seeing the results.

The Nets got lucky with Russell who was a lottery pick and Caris who would’ve been a lottery pick if not for injury concerns dropping his stock.
