I feel more and more confident in a gentleman's sweep - win the first 3 games, punt game 4, win game 5. We are gonna lay that wood on um.

So as of now the only game on Saturday would be SAS/Den if it goes 7. If it ends in game 6 there will be no game that day. Have to think they'll have us go Saturday right?

The betting site I use has the Bucks game at 7PM on Saturday and the Raptors/Sixers at 9:30.

Sat seems possible but the time for that Sixers game makes it feel like a placeholder and nothing more.

That would be 10:30 pm Toronto time, no?

Which form is that? Pre-injury form? Well he's been trying to do that all season. So far, no luck. Not sure why that would change now. At least I hope not.

My site lists both those games for Saturday as well but doesn't list any game times. Bucks at 7.5, tough line.

Yeah, unless those times are Eastern. I'd take both those start times with a grain of salt. Saturday seems right, though.

we won 11 more games than boston. I wonder if there is a way to search how many times a team beat another team in a 7 game playoff series after winning 10 or more less games. in the history of the league I have to believe that number is down in the 3-5% range of likelihood.

There's a strong r, I'm sure, but I'd estimate a little higher than you do for less-regular-season-win teams.

Margin of victory for regular-season wins is a little more predictive, I bet, and the Bucks look good there.

No way they start an Eastern time zone game that late. My guess is Bucks on Saturday and Raps on Sunday since their series ended a day after ours. Warriors/Rockets will get the prime weekend spot, Sunday at 2:30 CDT. Maybe.
I'm against picketing but I don't know how to show it.

Boston may be the least gentlemanly team in the league, so either savagely sweep the leg on them, or this time have Giannis and co. die tryin'. The Bucks risked it against the Pistons of all teams so certainly should this time. Punting on a game didn't work out well for LAC against Houston. The Bucks' franchise have had similar droughts. They don't want doubts to creep in. Keep the foot to the pedal. The Celts are no team to mess around w/, especially with the luck of the Irish we've seen from New England sports' teams the last decade(s).

I don't know, I couldn't find and suitable data to crunch

I did this though.
Since 1950 #1 seeds have played #4 seeds in the play offs 59 times.
The #1 seed won 51 of those series.

Celtics fans asserting that they clearly have more talent is so damn hilarious.

A lot of the national media's takes are horrific. I saw some dumb **** briefly by Tiki Barber saying that Yianni was going to get tired playing Boston because he averaged 29 minutes against Detroit and isn't used to playing 36-37 minutes going hard. I wish I had a human fly swatter for moron takes.

I also saw a brief clip of the Bucks locker room after Game 4 in Detroit, and Yianni is slapping everyone up, then proceeds to immediately write "12" on the white board with no nonsense. This team, and this kid, gets it.

Ι honestly think if Giannis wasn't a player he'd probably be here posting on this board and thinking about basketball all day LOL

I think talent is pretty close to equal all told but we had better chemistry during the season and have the better #1 option. Coaching and depth are basically washes.
