I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but really, how is there anyone left that still thinks this group is just 1 guy away from competing? With the exception of maybe Luke, everyone has peaked or is on the decline. We aren't building to anything. This is as good as it gets.

The last thing we need to do is be giving up picks or bringing in big contracts. Don't mortgage the future to move up 3 slots in the ranking and still get bounced in the first round.

Or even one offseason away from competing.

This team is currently f***ed, people. Swap out Reggie and Drummond for Westbrook and Giannis and this team still wouldn’t win a championship because the rest of the team is mostly garbage.

Let's not be ridiculous. Griffin, Giannis, and Westbrook would be the best trio in basketball. You could fill the roster out with vet min contracts and still be the favorites for the championship.

With Westbrook and the freak, there would be no need from offense from any other player. Hence, Blake, Brown, Kennard could be solid complimentary players while this team could be up there battlin with the Warriors if chemistry was right.

Drummond's problem is that he turns into a little b^tch mentally when he's matched up against anyone with real offensive skill. He tries to be like them on offense and gets completely out of his game and becomes a headcase the rest of the game, showing no real effort. Dude needs to toughen the f^ck up mentally and not let his matchup dictate his performance. Just go out there and do you 100 percent of the time.

He just finished his 7TH season, not his 2nd. He is what he is.
