In some alternate reality, Gargano would be WCW world champ (presuming Bischoff got fired and Heyman got the book that is).

WCW Triple Crown Winner, he's so far ahead of his time that he's now mastered time travel.
Kobe Bryant was asked who he feels is the toughest opponent to guard in the NBA. Instead of picking OKC's Kevin Durant, Bryant went with Portland’s Brandon Roy.

"Roy 365 days, seven days a week. Roy has no weaknesses in his game."

Hopefully they don't break up The Undisputed Era.

I actually thought they should've done a double turn at Takeover, where the Undisputed Era turned on Cole and aligned with Johnny. Garagno's heel turn was pointless, they never really stuck to it, nor did he do much to make it work. Cole gets cheered pretty much no matter what he does, and the "boom" and "Adam Cole Bay bay" chants can be deafening. Plus it would have put babyface Cole in chase mode which would be a ton of fun.

So an NXT ref, Tom Castor, broke his leg in a pretty gruesome way during the main event of NXT Omaha, Velveteen Dream v Tyler Breeze...You can clearly see his leg is going in a direction it should not be going and dude still counts the 3 count and then holds up the "X" for himself.

OMG, that's a gruesome looking injury. I hope the ref isn't considered an independent contractor and does get health insurance from WWE.

The balls on that dude to still do the three count while his foot was on backwards.

I have tickets for NXT Live tonight at Turner Hall (my favorite venue for wrestling, ever) but I'm conflicted. It's supposed to blizzard today/tonight and being a rideshare driver, I could easily make a good amount of money. :(

How's the show? What does the card look like relative to the average NXT TV show?

Really fun so far.

Street Profits vs Forgotten Sons
Mia Yim & Rachel Evers vs Aaliyah & Vanessa Bourne
Riddick Moss vs Eric Bougenhegan
Tyler Breeze vs Shane Haste
Jaxson Ryker vs Denzel Dejournette

Intermission right now but they announced Velveteen Dream vs Adam Cole.

Sold out, 250 I think is capacity. Really fun venue. Full bar is like 100ft from the ring. It's the same place KO showed up at a few years ago.

Yeah, I'd much rather NXT come to Halifax than Raw or SD!.

Punishment Martinez vs Kona Reeves
Shayna Baszler vs Io Shirai
Adam Cole vs Velveteen Dream

Really fun night. Baszler vs Shirai was MOTN, easily.
