I couldn't say either way.... but "it was said" (presumably on the internet?) also isn't all that convincing.

Most of these are staged.
I've seen this one with different people or the one with the accidental drink spill while kissing.
The grossest one I've seen is the fake passing of the gum between a whole row of people.

I couldn't say either way. The same instinct that says to be skeptical of staging says to be skeptical that people on the internet know what they say they know.
