It’s pointless and already been stated a gazillion times. Some people here still don’t understand how loud it is at the arena. The game is severely miked down at courtside for Sportsnet broadcasts. Another reason why I wish we could watch US national feed.

I watched the TNT feed as well and the noise does seem relatively lower compared to past series. Also not sure why there were so many late arrivals for this game....the courtside seats were empty to start the first. I've never seen that at a Raptors playoff game before.

The corporate idiots in those seats like to be fashionably late at the start and after halftime. The funny part is the first time I had platinum seats years back, I was expecting some really cool fancy lounge. It had to be because what other reason would those fans be so late coming back to thier seats? It’s just a run of the mill lounge area that is too small and packed and you can barely move. I couldn’t wait to get back to my seat. I don’t get it and it’s such a bad look on TV.

Stated by Our broadcast team that there was a ton of traffic / construction. Urged people to get here earlier for Monday’s game

That’s every day in Toronto. I was in that area in the late afternoon yesterday and there was nothing out of the ordinary that I don’t see every day.

I went to game one against the magic which had a 5 pm tipoff and the arena was packed. It just seemed unusual last night...there must have been something going on.

The people that can afford to attend these games are tardy and hardly stand and cheer when an amazing play occurs. It's sad that the loud fans are priced out to jurrasic park while the rich quiet suits get to enjoy the game from indoors.

I just realized this is the first Eastern semi game we've won in the last 3 years after getting swept the last 2 seasons.

Going to need some other guys to make some shots with some consistency.

Just because guys have a bad game in one doesn't mean they won't in another. Every game is still its own animal. During round 1 we had guys like Lowry, Norm and Ibaka go from "off" one game and "on" in another. They struggled in Game 1 but they weren't really trying to get going either because the top 2 guys were rolling. If Siakam and Kawhi are off in another game someone else is probably more open.

Yes, of course.

Same thing being said Kawhi and Pascal arent going to match the Sixers starters in fg made. My point remains, going to need guys behind our top 2 to make some plays.

I think a lot of it has to do with the Raptors consistently making the playoffs the last few seasons. Our fans aren’t has hungry anymore.

Ive noticed cities that have had longer playoff droughts have been louder. Maybe the further we get in the playoffs the louder our crowd will be.

Part of the issues for the Sixers, outside of the individual flaws of their players that give us openings, is just experience. Embiid, Simmons and Harris still rely a lot on talent. They're not sure what they can and can't do in a certain situation. You see a lot of sloppiness.

Gasol, Lowry and Green have seen it all. Just a lot of small, heady plays giving us an edge all over the floor. Kawhi has been making deep playoff runs since he was a rookie.

Our weakness here should be Siakam, and he does put himself in some bad spots once in a while, but he is just thriving. He's better at figuring out what to do than either Embiid or Simmons right now. Such a luxury.

Thought the people that were actually inside were really loud - just pretty clear it wasn't a sellout. A ton of empty seats and was incredibly easy to move down from the upper bowl to decent lower bowl sideline seats at half.

Single game price points are way, way off for these playoffs. They've even outpriced the 'want to be seen' crowd.

Kawhi is such a machine, he made that performance look effortless. And certainly not to be overlooked, huge props to Pascal for coming to play yesterday, as well.

It’s hard to get into the game in a timely way if you don’t show up a lot in advance. MLSE does not do a good job of managing the crowd flow or indicate you need to show up pretty early to make sure you’re sitting for the tip off.

We were barely scratching the surface of our offensive playbook because philly just could not stop Kawhi and Pascal. In the playoffs, you keep spamming what works until the other team adjusts.

When philly makes some eventual adjustments, we will see a lot more ball movement to set up shooters and that should get everyone going again.
