Rockets about to go on a 21-7 run to win by 10. My predictions are 97.7% accurate.

Thompson runs directly to Chris Paul and Chris gets tossed. Zebra #15 was the MVP today.

The Warriors got away with a lot of fouls. Need to let shooters land safely. That's how injuries happen. Those should be easy calls.

A few things:
- Zebra #15 was absolutely ridiculous.
- Nene should have never been on the floor during that defensive possession where Curry drained a 3.
- Refs got into MDA's head and he completely blew the rotations tonight.
- Shumpert should never see another minute. We could have used Austin Rivers tonight.
- Capela needs to rest if he's not feeling 100% or give his all. He had nothing going tonight.

Well, that’s not the BIGGEST joke we’ve ever had them play on us, and we still hung in there, so that’s good.

That was still a terrible joke of a game.

See you in game 2, dirtbags.

Disappointing loss. Refs didn't help. We should have gotten a better possession after we stole the ball at the end. Still had 11 seconds on the clock when Harden took the last shot. Oh well, **** happens.

On to the next one.

I can't post on the general board yet so I'll say this here. I feel for you guys after this loss. I think it was critical for the Rockets to get this deserved win and steal one at Oracle but the refs took that away. What sickens me the most is reading the general board and seeing spoiled brat Warriors fans frothing at the mouth defending the non foul calls when the refs ADMITTED to missing not one but four foul calls!

I'll be rooting heavily for the Rockets for the rest of this series.

yesterday loss was a combination of a bad game , the refs and bad luck

austin rivers not playing was huge

pj tucker 0 points
capela 4 points '
danuel house 3 points
gerald green 3 points

it was not just the refs some players played bad too

While most of the consternation was about Harden wearing down or CP3 getting hurt, the officiating was always my biggest concern.
I've seen this movie before.

And it's not just against the Rockets, the Warriors tend to get favorable officiating in general and apparently there's a plethora of statistical data to support that assertion.
At this point I think it's psychological. The refs expect the Warriors to be elite on both ends so they (perhaps subconsciously) give them the benefit of the doubt in the moment.
Unfortunately it's only after the fact that we get to see just how horrible some of those calls were.

In all the hubbub about 27 missed threes, people seemed to have forgotten just how horrible the officiating was the the last couple of games against the Warriors last season.
Sunday's Game 1 was a bitter reminder.

Unfortunately, at this point I'm not sure how much, if any, things are going to change. So the question is; how do the Rockets respond?
Their best bet is if the role players have gotten their deer-in-the-headlights moment out of the way. Getting Rivers back should help.

House has to be better. Green has to be better.
Tucker has to knock down his shots and Clint Capela HAS to show up.
All while maintaining the same level of defensive intensity.
And of course Harden, Paul, and Gordon have to be stars and leaders.

Add to that the Rockets also have to play well enough to make the officiating inconsequential.
Sounds like a tall order but such is the case when you're trying to dethrone the most stacked team in NBA history.
