Play along if you have one. I've already said mine a couple of weeks ago... well, sorta anyhow... so what would you change that you think others might nod and say, "Hell yeah, that's a cool idea."... ?

Have the same rules and allow the same physicality in the paint and on the perimeter.

Basically have the same rulebook for bigs and guards/wings

That’s like a mixture of basketball and a bunch of Gary Harris’ grinding up on each other at the three point line.

I’d like to change the backcourt violation. There’s really no need for it, if a team wants to go near the opposing teams hoop with the ball, let them... fair advantages for both teams.

Fix the fouling a jump shooter rules. Houston spent the whole game kicking out their legs today trying to exploit a well-meaning rule that’s gotten way out of hand.

Each team gets 4 time-outs maximum. No commercial time-outs. Figure it out.

Let’s call 6 three point shooting fouls cause Harden decides to jerk his neck ? Out of respect for Hardens greatness I will not say flop, but definitely concentrates way more on creating contact than his actual shot/lay up sometimes. When he just lets it fly, he can hit over Thompson and Draymond.

Advantage rule. Say you get fouled but remain in control you can keep playing on (not an and 1).

For example, you're dribbling but get fouled, but see a teammate wide open, you make the pass, instead of the ref blowing the whistle and allowing the defense to reset, your teammate gets an easy shot. Why should fouls help out the offending team.

Flopping, if the referee’s suspect it, and the replay proves it, the perp gets kicked out of the game.

If you want to complain about a call/talk to an official, do it during a timeout or quarter break/halftime.

If you yell or motion toward an official during the game, it's an automatic T.

BUT why? If you complain during the game, you’re only disadvantaging your team more. The ref, or I should say a good ref, will allow the play to go on, and at the very next dead ball stop the play and call the T.

Too many time-outs, totally agree.
I'll often just stop watching a game because of that.
2 min of play -> time out --> stupid amount of commercials --> 30sec of play ---> time out-->...

All players are equal, no earning calls or superstar calls. Call the game by the rule book.

Not a bad idea. Works really well in soccer but might be trickier to implement in basketball.

What happens with intentional fouls at the end of games? What happens if a player fouls and advantage is played but that would be said players 6th foul?

I would love the enforcement of all rules strictly and equally. Strictly so that they call palming and travels regardless of the context of the game, and equally so that no player is reffed different from another.

Not really a rule change but have the league start enforcing their own damn rules. Travels, carries, moving screens, etc.

Star treatment, I'd kill that in a heartbeat. Whether you're an MVP or a scrub, you foul you get called for it.

Outside the 3 point line arm is part of the ball. Makes it harder to shoot 3’s and would almost need to be wide open to be able to his one.
