From my view it seems like he has usually been willing to pay. There were a few cheap decisions at the beginning of his ownership, but since then I never hear money being an issue. He maxed booker and offered free agents max. He has let gm fire coaches every season when they all have a year or more left on contract.
I don’t pay a ton of attention to the business side of nba so maybe I’m just ignorant. Can you give solid examples of why you think sarver is cheap? Or why he is a bad owner even at this point? Seems to me he lets his gms and coaches make the decisions. What everyone’s beef with him?
