She is more secure about Warren being traded but she expects that Jackson is gonna be included in a trade too. She added that Warren was healthy at the end of the season.

She nailed Kokoskov being fired so she has some credibility already.

Not saying she's wrong on her info but I find her general vibe incredibly off-putting and annoying.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming Wow! What a Ride!-H.S.T.

She has no info that isn’t available to anyone else when it comes to what the front office will do. Making a few educated guesses doesn’t make someone a credible source. Half the fanbase had been calling for/predicting Igor would be gone so I wouldn’t exactly say she nailed something she had a 50/50 chance on. Warren being traded is pretty much set in stone, and Josh is definitely on his last chance. What she said about Warren being healthy isn’t even true - Warren himself said he wasn’t ready to play in games again. I’ll take his word over a clout seeker.

She got Kokoskov right. But saying Warren and or Jackson is going to be traded is not "breaking news". It is pretty obvious that at least one if not two of the following will need to be dealt for the Suns to get the upgraded players : Josh, TJ or the FRP. Tell me some targets in FA with this cap space.

Just have to wait for Woj or Shams to break the news. With the transition now to James Jones and Bower - Gambo has truly lost all "sauces" in the Suns FO.

Just saw this as well. I know the reputation of Aaron Nelson but I also know the team has not made the playoffs for a decade. Culture needs to change in building. Nelson is just part of this change I believe. Glad he found a good place with Griffin.

Culture can change but you don’t get rid of the best medical staff in professional sports.

Im sorry, but we havent had "The Best Medical Staff in Professional Sports" for a long time now. Its been 10+ years since we were able to claim that and successfully recoup what older players past their prime lost and the team stayed relatively injury free. Seems like as of late (The past 5 seasons or so) we have been severely injury riddled. I cant really think of any Suns players in the past 5 or 6 seasons that didnt have injury issues.

You can be ok with this all you want, but now we’re going to get Chad the part time personal trainer from LA Fitness as Nelson’s replacement, and he will command a salary of $26,000 a year.

Plus, maybe Aaron Nelson wanted to go. Let him go. Don’t stand in his way to work for his friend.

What I would try to do for the Suns is to draft Clarke (if not get lucky in the lottery), sign PatBev, sign another defensive-minded vet and try to change the culture into a tough, defensive team with offense based on Booker and Ayton surrounded with shooters and Warren, Oubre and Clarke cutting.

But I don't trust Sarver and Jones to do anything that will not be idiotic.

I really liked Beverley this years. Added a lot of snark, and attitude. The Suns need that. He might be tops on my list. And the Clippers do have young guards and might not bring back Beverley if they have bigger players to sign (Kawhi perhaps)

Beverley may not be the prototypical PG but with Booker and Tyler - would be a nice three guard rotation.

As for PF - Aminu or Thad Young seem realistic

Clarke from the draft would be outstanding - willing to trade back for cap space to get him.

Would love to get JaMychal Green from the Clippers as well. Defensive minded power forward who has become really good from 3 point land. Depending on how far Clarke falls in the draft, I wouldn't mind swinging a trade using Warren (+ Bucks pick?) to get him, and then use capspace to sign Green.

Morant / Johnson / Okobo or Melton
Booker / Jackson
Oubre / Bridges
Green / Clarke
Ayton / Holmes / Bender

On paper, Clarke would fit well with Bender off the bench.

Nice mix of offense & defense , high-energy players, and improved floor spacing.

Aaron Nelson probably had enough. He probably got tired of management faking injuries. It makes him and his staff look bad. This organization is a **** show.

Thats AWESOME news!!!!

Gonzaga is one of those colleges that always fails to get top level recruits, yet always seems to play way beyond their abilities and make it a decent ways in the tournament. Hell, i'd even suggest that they fail to get mid level guys as well, yet the guys they do get end up developed enough to get them to the big dance (Or very close to it). Could be the guys working with the players, could also be the coach and the system, but most likely a combo of both is how is achieved.

We had pioneering medical staff headed by Aaron Nelson for a very long time. For him to go elsewhere is representation of where this franchise is at right now

Yeah I'm thinking of Adam Morrison from Gonzaga and I'm questioning the decision.

Like others have mentioned, she is just pointing out the obvious and what's available to the public. I didn't watch or listen to the interview, but Warren perhaps was healthy the last 5 games or so, and at that point we should just rest him the remainder of the season. We don't want him getting injured again.

I think we all expect Warren to be traded and likely Jackson too if we have a buyer.
