Did someone ask if we didn’t land Zion who want want to see land Zion?

I’d say the Hawks.

Young - Huerter - Prince -Zion - Collins

Would be a fun, young starting 5. Plus we’d get the enjoyment of seeing Zion a lot because they are in our conference and division.

I'd like to see Zion in Cleveland or Atlanta. Cleveland is only 2 hours from where I currently live and seeing Zion play in person would definitely be doable. Not to mention I want Cleveland to be relevant. Kind of my second team that I root for.

Zion? If not Charlotte, then either Atlanta or Memphis. Pairing him with Collins in Atlanta or with JJJ in Memphis would be a good pairing

Now that he’s declared I can say it. Even with his knee injury, I want Chuma Okeke with our first second round pick. Let him rehab. A 6’8” SF/PF with a 7’1” wingspan who was routinely asked to guard both guards and forwards. Able to stretch defenses or play some down low. After watching him during the SEC tournament and NCAA tournament I knew he was a guy I’d want us to target if we were in the right range.

IN ORDER OF HOW I WOULD PICK IF FELL TO US. I am really coming around to Rui Hachimura.

PICK 1
Rui Hachimura
Jalen McDaniels
Sekou Doumbouya
Nickeil Alexander-Walker (would consider him first depending on what goes on with Kemba)

I really REALLY want Mcdaniels tho. I think he is more talented than Zion.

I normally do the thread of these and I still may, but frankly I know next to nothing about this year's prospects outside the top 3.

It feels to me like this pick will be traded.
My picks:
2020 Draft (3rd pick) - Tyrese Haliburton, Devin Vassell, or Onyeka Okongwu
2021 Draft (11th pick) - Moses Moody

This pick and Batum are gone.

Oregon wins the national title with him, in my opinion.

Me neither. Believe it or not but I think it has a lot to do with his name. The fact that it's Bol Bol. I think if his name was John Doe he wouldn't have the intrigue that he does.

Only reason I'd draft Bol Bol would be to hope his height and wingspan grows into how big his father was. As it stands, I just don't see him having much of an impact. His movements are too slow. I'd rather have Hayes.
The Charlotte Hornets will win their first round series against the Boston Celtics in the 2021 Playoffs

Yes I think Bol is more skilled potentially. I just see bust with him. I think he will be fun and add a buz for a while tho. I'd rather just trade back

I think the only reason McDaniels isn't ranked higher might be because of some off the court rumors.
