The Bucks may have been toying with the idea of keeping SJax the rest of the season, but Senator Kohl hates stuff like this. I'm guessing Hammond gets the sell order on SJax pretty quickly. Maybe he'll get a week to try and find the best deal possible (of course Hammond will probably screw that up and accept a deal that isn't as good as one he turns down)

Bump. pp25 started this thread. I blame him for the Bogut deal.

I had to bump this to add some levity to the playoff tension. Capt.Jack has his own Big3 team that he drafted tonight.

Puts in perspective how far the franchise has come.

Quality bump- for both the reasons you mentioned. Very thoughtful.

I sometimes literally feel slightly physically ill when I'm reminded of those dreary days. But you're right, it's great for perspective. And Jax is always good for a laugh.

Larry Sanders was the 3rd. pick in the Big 3 draft..... Steve Blake, Joe Smith, and Eric Murdock(!) went undrafted. Other folks you might know of with Bucks ties either coaching or playing in it include - Gary Payton, Drew Gooden, Nate Archibald, Stephen Jackson, Corey Maggette, Jason Terry, and Kenyon Martin.

Had to mention Drew Gooden since he was the cause of my favorite RGM gif ever, the one where he's rolling out the red carpet to the hoop. Hope someone still has that somewhere... :)

Haha, I remember emailing Kohl about this and actually getting a response that made it pretty clear that Jackson wouldn’t be on the Bucks much longer.
All posts are my own opinion.

Greatest movie ever made. Cameron Crowe absolutely captured high school in the early 1980's. Was amazed to later learn that the San Diego School district let him enroll undercover at a local high school for a entire year when he was 21 years old to do research for the Fast Times book which later became the movie. Can you imagine that happening today?

Wonder how Thon's account would conflict with this?
