Makur is a hell of a talent, dude is already better than Matur and Thon.

#3 in the '20 class though? That's farfetch'd. Arguably Top 7 in the state of Cali.

Going a bit further, Devin Askew and Poppop (Richard Isaacs) are the top point guards of 21 & 22.

Im jumping ahead a class with this question. Im curious if anyone has caught a lot of Cade Cunningham. It looks like he maybe able to push Jalen Johnson as the best point forward in this class. Strong 6'6 body with very good vision. Im starting to dig a little deeper into this class and Im really liking the versatility that this class may end up with. But ya I won't be surprised if Cade ends up a top 3 guy from this class. I really like his game.

Yeah he's probably been the best player in the EYBL so far. His passing/handling are good enough to be a lead ballhandler at the next level at least. Smaller Ben Simmons who's not hopeless as a shooter.

He reminds me of Shai, with a bit more range on his jumper. Hope he keeps improving, dude is absolutely sick.

I mentioned him a couple weeks ago in the same breath as Jalen Green. To me, he was the best player I have watched from that class thus far. I watched a number of Montverde games and he was incredibly impressive. Brilliant playmaker, great size, workable shot, overall athleticism. He is still severely underrated in my eyes. He's easily be top 3 in his class for me at this point, and perhaps #1.

I still have Jalen Johnson ahead of him (could easily be my Duke bias with Johnson being a heavy Duke lean at the moment). But I really do love the versatility from both guys. The more I watch this class, the more I like it.

Among point guards? Definitely agree.

Overall? Evan Mobley and Jalen Green are still ahead of him. Also higher on Josh Christopher than most and also have Scottie Barnes. Makes my top five right there.

FIBA U16 Americas starts tomorrow. The players in this tournament are in the high school classes of 2021 and 2022 and some will likely be in the 'double draft' that will occur when high school players are again draft-eligible. Jalen Duren (2022, 6'9" big who's athletic and has decent touch/post moves), Jabari Smith (2021, 6'8" athletic wing who can shoot), AJ Griffin (2021, 6'7" wing who's probably the best defender on the team), and Max Christie (2021, 6'6" combo guard with range) are the main USA prospects to look out for.
