I think Draymond accidentally raked him across the eye again, which lead to the short minor exchange of words that was broken up by Durant. I think Draymond was just giving the all-good pat to Harden, but then Harden pushed him away because he got hit in the eye again.

thats exactly what happened..he didnt exactly hit him directly in the eye, but it was close
