I agree. If KD, Kyrie and Kemba switch teams - will be interesting. Klay probably stays and Woj said Akashi might stay.

I think I have more faith in Jones Bower with Monty than Ryan last year. At least I hope so!!

Akashi is staying with the Lakers.

This is really cool. I wish someone would do this for the Suns:

I think my PatBev dream may be dead.

****...the Mavs are gonna be very very good.

I think that the Mavs can get both Kemba and PatBev, and I think those 2 would be just what they need.

When it comes to Suns and the cheaper options, what about Darren Collison from Indiana? I also think that Rubio could work, since he plays D and can pass. The Suns have other offensive options like Booker, Ayton, TJ and so on..

Or a guy I really like - Malcolm Brogdon. The Buck are gonna lose one of their free agents and I think it's Brog, since they are doing great in the PO without him. He can pass and he can play some D.The only problem is that I think he is going to get overpaid(around 20mil) wich is to much IMO

Brogdon next to Booker would be a dream come true scenario for me, but it is not happening.
I think that the Bucks are gonna match every offer for Brogdon. They are a contender and they are not gonna be able to sign any big FA because they don't have cap space...But they can retain all their important players. (Bledsoe, Brogdon, Anteto and Middleton).

They can lose a frontcourt player (Mirotic or Lopez), but that is not a big deal because a lot of solid veteran players will want to play for them on cheap contracts to have the opportunity to win a championship.

Collison is an interesting player, but his age and size bothers me a bit. But he would be an upgrade for at least one season.

Rubio is an OK PG, but his lack of scoring is a big problem. I would prefer other options.

I did it twice in a row and got Suns in 1st both times. All other teams were the same as well, so i think its rigged to give the Knicks the 5th pick every time.

I drafted them Brandon Clarke and signed KD and Kyrie, kept Trier and Dotson, waived Thomas, and finished 57-25.

Kyrie/Trier/Durant/Clarke/Robinson

DSJr/Ntilikina/Dotson/Knox off bench.

Not sure what would happen with guys like Kornet and Ellenson...they have options I guess they could pick up and they probably have a 2nd round pick.

Edit: In hindsight maybe a guy like Hunter would make more sense with Robinson to spread the floor....but he's more of a 3/4 like Knox.

Robinson and Clarke would be block city.

I got Barrett with the 3rd pick. I tried all the PG's first in FA and was turned down by everyone. gave up and went after Durant and he said yes. No other SF's were willing to sign. Grabbed Cousins a,d had enough cash left over for Brogdon. Still has capspace but decided to pass on Shumpert and Melo.

Traded Knox/Barrett/Robinson/Frank/Trier for Davis and the Pelicans accepted.

Brogdon/DSJ/Durant/Davis/Cousins ........and no bench (I waived Dotson and Thomas).

A little surprised I finished with two more wins.

Beverley’s standout perimeter defense coupled with the fact that he doesn’t need to handle the ball fits perfectly in Dallas. Luka Doncic can run the offense. Beverley would defend the opposition’s best guard and be a spot-up shooter on the offensive end.

Stay tuned for the latest on the Mavericks interest in Beverley in the coming weeks.

Mavs are just a great franchise and have some of the best minds in that front office.

We should have Pat Bev right now

How high of a draft pick (if any) would you trade for the following potentially available trade targets?

Beal
Ben Simmons
Jrue
Conley
Aaron Gordon
Lonzo
Lowry
Love
Dinwiddie
Jerami Grant
Ibaka

All of the above I would trade our 1st this year if it gets to #4 . I wouldn't trade Morant. I would package Warren or Jackson and a first for the above.

Lowry
Love
Dinwiddie
Jerami Grant
Ibaka

I would trade a future pick or 2nd with Jackson or Warren for the above.

It's not really about those averages, as it is about his unbelievable defensive abilities and tenacity that is very desirable to consider adding to our team to hopefully install toughness to our roster. Also the fact that he's been shooting better than 40% on his threes.

But mainly his defense, tenacity, heart, and toughness I believe.
