Yeah, I'm sure IT being here would have vastly improved things with this team the past two years.

lmao.

Of course not. I was never a big fan of IT. Best thing about him was his heart. But I think it’s hilarious that posters who should be taking Ls for the present are trying to get others to take them for the past.

What Ls are these?

Oh I could come up with about a thousand examples of posters being ridiculed for voicing concerns about this team. But I suppose that’s how message boards always go. The homers never really have to worry about what they say. The better amongst them sometimes do admit they were wrong from time to time. Kudos to them. Usually though, they get to ridicule and demean with no consequences. But like I say, it’s like that on every forum I’ve ever been to. Can’t help pointing it out though.

"Tatum for a long two" could be my new name down the road?

Damn hate to see Kyrie go if he goes. But he does have that Lebron before left to Miami vibe to him....... :(

Yeah, it's rough stuff. I'm a name on the front of the jersey type of guy but ever since Bruninho turned me on to Cavs era Kyrie, I've been a huge fan. I was ecstatic when we acquired him.

Could always change it to RandomCelticForThree to be safe  . I'd just keep it the same unless he ends up in LAL though, lol.

ConstableGeveva/CrowderKeg knows a thing or two about these sort of name changes, haha.

Thats what I am doing. Still love the player, not changing my name unless he goes to the Lakers.

And I admit, I am sort of scared of this happening ever since Lebron sang "rewind" to him and now they are bringing back Lue.

I can handle him on a NY team or with Doc. He's from NY......him going off with KD would never have phased me.

Lakers would HURT.

No plans to stop pointing out how soft and whiny most people sound in the GTs for the past year, though I hope and assume it will stop next year.

Otherwise I don't care what people say about this team, don't talk about any of that negatively and criticize the team all the time myself.

Meh.

My absolute worst fear is this happening. OMG.......

But they are a proven pairing. It sucks.

I bet they would bring in Butler or AD or whatever too.

I am depressed.

Kyrie is going to a super team.

And it won't be the Celtics.

People who hate on him, realize.......it's about to get worse here. Literally we are going to become the Indiana Pacers.

The Pacers might have beat us if their best player wasn't injured. So I'm not sure that's a downgrade.

Kyrie career as a legitimate star would end if he crawled back to the Lakers.

The lols, his pea sized brain and galaxy sized ego wouldnt be able to handle that kind of criticism

True.

Not sure how excited I am.

I am not as sure as everyone I love Brad's coaching, Gordon Hayward, or the potential of the young guys to become MVP type super stars either.

Hey guys, hear me out as I’m digging for positives.

But what if this series is what finally grounds Kyrie and brings him back to the same planet as everybody else that sucks too?

Maybe this is what brings him to the levels of mere mortals and they start playing for each other next season? Just saying, it’s not that crazy of an idea.
156-1 Celtics are frauds when pressure is put on them. They would have been toast if Luka was not stupid enough to foul himself out. Enjoy this ONE finals win. There will never be another with the Js and the Celtics cant afford stacked team.
Good riddance. Go run home to Daddy. If that frees up Tatum and Brown lets go. Make it their team.

Probably more likely to be NY.

But if he did go to the Lakers they would kiss his ass in the media. Don't kid yourself. He goes to Lebron or KD or whatever and he's a media God again.

Brad is the one I am unsure about. He might do well with the little underdog team again. But lets be real, this is a slap in the face. We were supposed to win a title or two.

Hearing we won't get a big FA too if Kyrie leaves.

Not sure why I read so many posters say the team is doomed if Irving walks. They still have a lot of talented players. More specifically, they have a lot of YOUNG talented players. Plus a lot of picks in the bank.

I am pretty happy to see what a Hayward/Tatum/Brown based team could do.

They won't have any cap room of Kyrie leaves anyways. Would need Horford to opt out for any cap space, which is a slight possibility i guess.

Well, KD ain't signing here. Don't want Jimmy Drama, Tobias Harris is going to be an awful contract for whoever pays him, Klay is going back to GSW, Kawhi is staying with the Raptors or heading to LA. Am I missing anyone?

Edit: Don't have the money to pay one anyways.

Why is everybody surprised Irving is gone? it's been pretty obvious since December or January.

I said Ainge should have traded him at the deadline and now he's going to lose him for nothing. Ainge dropped the ball badly on this.

Truthfully with his health scares and now he's staring down the barrel of a long rebuild at this point I wouldn't be surprised to see him resign.
