Younger one is a #1 pick right? Will he really go to SC?

SC already gets to legally pay his dad. Are there any rules to a crazy asst coach salary if the dad leaves SC for another school?

Unless the NBA allows him to declare, he's going to 'SC. I wouldn't doubt it if big bro stays a year so they can wreck havoc in the collegiate ranks like at the AAU & HS level.

All the talks about the Mobley's, and I'm going to continue to stan Big O on 'SC next year. This dude is absolutely spectacular and was the biggest McDAAG snub I've ever seen. Dude won a HS National, multiple state and was a part of the best AAU team in the nation last year. I can't wait for his impact next year, despite me being more partial to UCLA.

How good is Kansas with likely this?

Dotson-McBride
Hampton-Garrett
Agbaji-Braun
Achiuwa-Lightfoot-Enaruna
Azubuike-McCormack
+whatever happens with de Sousa

That's a whole lot of talent, they might even get Kyree Walker if he reclassifies, Grimes is fully in the draft

Seems like McDaniels will end up at UK finally and that Nick Richards is gone for real, no idea where (kinda the same with Bolden at Duke, just want to go pro, even if it's G-league)

Hagans-Quickley
Maxey-Juzang
Whitney-Allen
McDaniels-Brooks
Montgomery-Sestina

Basically a completely new team lol, maybe even Kerry Blackshear

Memphis probably getting Ellis and Quinones with Watford going LSU (no idea why he would not stay home and go to Alabama with Oats and a better roster, plus LSU has a ton of Forwards)

Harris-Lomax
Ellis-Baugh
Jeffries-Quinones-Hardaway
Maurice-Thomas

Boogie Ellison who is a top 30 recruit who is a lights out shooting CG just recommitted from Duke and many feel like he will end up at Memphis. Wiseman/RJ/Boogie would be a hell of a trio to watch.

Complete forgot about Precious who many view as a Memphis lean. Damn this could be a monster class for Memphis.

I feel like Memphis is going to get Lester Quinones (tomorrow he's scheduled to make his decision public), RJ Hampton, and Precious Achiuwa so there probably won't be enough room or touches for Boogie Ellis. I feel like he's headed back to the west coast but I think he'll have a good showing wherever he ends up.

i think Kentucky is gonna miss PJ quite a bit, though I liked what I saw from EJ towards the end of the year if he can build on that.

and i'm not big on McDaniels.

also, real chance Dotson stays in the draft considering after Ja, Garland and Coby it's wide open at that position (and Coby is more of a combo guy).

I think Memphis gets Lester, Achiuwa, and Boogie with Hampton going to Kansas.

I think Memphis gets Quinones 100%, Ellis 50/50 (USC is high up there) and Achiuwa no chance, I think Precious is going KU, joining Ochai and Udoka (fellow nigerians)

So what happens if/when he does decide to go to Memphis? You're overstating the Nigerian connection as well but that's another conversation for another day. I doubt that holds any weight in his decision.

if Dotson comes back and Udoka is healthy that KU team is scary good. even if they don't get Achiuwa.

For KU, Rayjon Tucker is also in play. He'd start at the 3.

That'd be ridiculous, top5 team, Tucker is good if he shows improvements on defense he is a no-brainer 1st round pick

Dotson-McBride
Hampton-Garrett
Tucker-Agbaji-Braun
Achiuwa-Lightfoot-Enaruna
Azubuike-McCormack-de Sousa

probably best team in the country if we are been honest

Tucker to Memphis (without a visit?).

Can Kyree Walker shoot? I’m seeing mixed messages on that.

Tucker visited. RJ, Boogie (unofficial twice and now taking one to Oregon), and Precious have visited as well. It'll be interesting to see where they all end up. I think Kansas is leading with RJ, Memphis has a slight edge with Precious, and Boogie is a little bit of a toss up though Memphis should be slightly in the lead. He likes Memphis but he wants to make sure he will get plenty of run at PG before committing so he may end up at Oregon.

China seems like a real option for Hampton, might be the preferred one

Washington has a shot at Ellis too

What makes you say China?

This is interesting, because the NBL (Aus. league that's had Bowen and Ferguson in recent years) have a 'next stars' program in place to try and allure NBA prospects, and the NBL CEO "met with multiple top NBA agents and advisors to top-tier teenagers who are looking at their options beyond playing in the college system."

Read on Twitter

With most lottery prospects committed to teams, I wonder if Hampton is seriously considering overseas play. Seems a bit too good to be true, but if he came to Aus. it would be absolutely massive for the league. Obviously any previously committed players can always bail on their college teams as well. Lavar said LaMelo will either play in Australia or China next season as well. The suggestion is also that Bowen would return to play for Sydney next season if he goes undrafted or gets draft-and-stashed as well (seems unlikely given he'll be 21 during next NBA season).

I heard China is the leading option for RJ from my sources, I have my doubts cause Chinese teams can only have two Americans per team and normally they are the stars, but they might want him for the hype, and Hampton is good, Mudiay put up numbers been worse

China pays way better than Australia and is a better option for branding, no chance he goes NBL over CBA I don't think

I would agree it seems that way, though perhaps China would look for more established talent or at least offer him a more budget import salary. If he gets a top end NBL import salary the $ gap may not be enormous, and maybe he would prefer the language/lifestyle/culture transition better.

Just trying to speak it in to existence, lol. RJ would be a coup of a pickup for the NBL.

Wonder what other prospects the CEO might have been referring to, though. Big claim for him to make with nothing locked in, there must be substantial discussions going on with multiple, notable draft prospects.
