More likely, the make us suffer through another 6 o r 7 game series with the Canes, and finally pull off a last minute goal to win game 7 of the finals, and Boston becomes the first city to win 3 championships in one season. Unfortunately the C's just don't look like they have what it takes to win it this year (of course, miracles do happen!!!!).

Making the semifinals in all 4 major sports within 12 months, with two titles and counting not so bad.

Next round starts tonight. Let's go B's!!!! Let's wash the C's fiasco out of our mouths, and remind us what Boston teams can do.

F-ing Bruins 4th liners have one million times the heart and will that Kyrie Irving has. Nevermind the top guys.

What a dramatic difference.

After one of the worst starts in their long history, the Sox have once again seemed to have found themselves. They are now 2 game over .500, and 3 game behind the Spanks, and only 3 1/2 games out of first.
Today they started the game down 4 runs in the first. A month ago, that would have meant the game was already over. Today, they scored 8 runs in the 2nd, and went on to win 9 - 5.
Once again, it just goes to show us (I'm guilty as well), that hot takes aren't always the best takes.

Thanks for the Sox updates Joshyjess, I don't always follow the Red Sox as closely as I should so I appreciate them.

sox starters basically did spring training during the first 3 weeks of the regular season, after hardly pitching in florida. they were getting lit up. now they're back in the groove. they've got close to the best ERA in the majors since mid-April. everything follows from that.

we're gonna be fine. 162 is a lotta games, before the real season even starts.

Do they always play Danzig’s Mother at Bruins games? I don’t recall ever hearing it but it’s been a while.
Hey Man, nice shot!

Are you serious? It's mother's day today. Come on now.

Great song/man/band though.

That’s why I asked. If it was just for Mother’s Day or if they always play it. And yes. Saw him open for Metallica in a field in NH somewhere around 1994.

Rask has been incredible this postseason. He's been underappreciated and scapegoated for far too long.
