nate, please rename this to "buckhantz is out" or whatever so it gets some traction. Buckhantz and phil are done. We'll never hear a "DAGGER" again. How that make you feel?

J. Michael isn't even on the Wizards beat anymore and he's still tweeting about them. He's not here anymore, if he's got something to say, say it I guess?

Might not want to burn any bridges.

President Donald Trump referred to African countries, Haiti and El Salvador as "shithole" nations during a meeting Thursday and asked why the U.S. can't have more immigrants from Norway.

Buck was fine. I'm also worried we might not keep Lawson only because she's good enough
for another team to want to lure away.

Lawson is good, but I preferred the chemistry between Phil and Buck. If they are going for a complete replacement, I hope they'll find a good seat next to Kara that provides the right kind of back and forth energy.

One thing you liked about Phil and Buck is it really felt like they were going through the wins and losses with you and felt what you felt. Haven't quite felt that way with Kara, but it's early days and I want to give her a fair chance.

After reading the quotes from this genius Damon Phillips, you would think he works for Monumental Sports. Because what the hell? No GM before the draft and free agency. Season starts in a few months and you still can't make a decision on your play-by-play broadcaster. Don't you think Buck is at least warranted a decision after 22 years so he can look for other options?
“Our announcers, they are employees of NBC Sports,” Phillips said. “Not the team. Not Monumental Sports. We have full authority on who is going to be part of the broadcast moving forward. That’s the way it works.”

Probably as right. What do they say in the business? Never say never. If they really do replace Buck, hopefully it's with a local guy who understands the game, comunicates that, and loves the Wiz - but at the same time is able to be objective.
