This is the series they miss Nurkic the most. Nurkic can play every role in the PnR on both ends and Draymond wouldn't be able to roam as much with him in the game. Kanter could at least battle with Jokic but he's too slow on defense for this series.

High odds are they still lose the series but it's a much better one with him in it.

Collins picked up 5 fouls in 8 minutes. If he could’ve stayed in the game then you can utilize both, with Collins on Draymond. But Kanter by himself, no, he can’t handle these guys.

Why did Stotts sit Hood in the 4th quarter. I haven’t really been impressed with his coaching.

Mitch in his "project" year has made Robinson vs Allen a debate. That's embarrassing for the Nets.

It makes little sense to compare Nets with Knicks, they aren't at the same structure points in their franchise building, but I do think both franchises have made noticeable improvements going forward, mainly both are showing they aren't incompetent anymore.

They both have solid front offices that have made good decisions with the assets they have and both have respected coaching.

Imo, free agency will propel them both to where they want to be.

I’m like Macri. I credit BKN a lot especially their GM. A lot of what they’ve done is what I wanted to do. Still, this is pathetic. You’d think they’d be thrilled they found their C for the foreseeable future by taking on 6 mil in dead salary. Nope n

It’s never a good look when you have to tear something else down to make something else look good.

Allen vs MItch is a fuqing joke. Mitch trumps him in a season that was supposed to be a make as much mistakes as you want season.

They don’t need KD against the Blazers. That was known already.

Pretty sure everyone claiming this doesn't realize the Blazers aren't exactly a litmus test for the Bucks lol. As if the last 2 Finals MVPs don't prove that haha I guess its safe to say human beings aren't exactly an objective and smart bunch :)

I strongly believe he's done for the season

"Steve Kerr admitted the calf strain suffered by Kevin Durant is more serious than the Golden State Warriors initially believed.

"Hopefully he continues to progress, and he has made progress but it's a little more serious than we thought at the very beginning," Kerr said. "So we'll see where it all goes, but he's in there all day long getting treatment. He's done a great job of committing himself to that process. [Warriors director of sports medicine and performance] Rick [Celebrini] and his staff are in there all day, and hopefully he'll be back at some point, but we'll just wait and see."

Durant hasn't played since he strained his calf in the third quarter of the Warriors' Game 5 win over the Houston Rockets in the conference semifinals.

Durant won't travel with the Warriors to Portland for Games 3 and 4.

A league source told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne that Durant was "not close" to coming back."

Mitch ceiling is higher, but its hard to compere them right now when Allen had a much higher load and was playing in more meaningful games.

He was awful in a lot of them tho. I was watching a large number of Nets games because of Kurucs, and Allen gets dominated a ton. He doesn't guard dudes on the 3-point line, like just lets them shoot, obviously its a scheme, but its also clear Atkinsons just doesn't want him on the perimeter, because its gonna be a disaster. And every big/strong center just has a feast against him. He is a nice placeholder, and has some potential if he bulks up. But Mitch ceiling is significantly higher.

The Gen Board is cancer for a Knick fan lol. Apparently Knicks shoudn't get high picks because they are horribly ran, but when another horribly ran franchise (one that chased CP3 and then AD out) gets one, it's ok
