I love Magic, and dislike Rob, but what Magic is describing is not backstabbing.

If you had a co-worker who sleeps on the job, and you know that you would get blamed for anything going wrong, you would tell your boss about it. If not for covering your own a$$, then for the good of the organization.

Ill give Rob a chance. He has handled the media pretty well especially with Crybaby Johnson ripping the Lakers and Rob apart. I can’t believe after all that **** he said he goes, “I’m a Lakers fan” FOH with that BS...moron...

Here's where the Lakers keep messing up in my opinion. They continue to surround our young guys with questionable attitudes/ leadership abilities.

They need to bring in guys that have a reputation of being good locker room, high charcter guys.

This has definitely been a major frustration of mine. Rondo and KCP in particular quit even trying to play defense for this team after the trade rumors. It’s not even like those guys are talented enough to justify the nonsense they bring with them.
