Oh and Soth to ummm... tell us what happened to Joker.

We want answers people!!!!

I came in to take muh CJ-brand cough syrup. Boy had a game, didn't he? The real question is how much foam is gonna be 'round yer mouf rooting for the Blazers against Curry 'n dem?

And Kawhii? Dat boy good.

Embiid? It's refreshing to see him care so much. He probably wasn't the only one ugly-crying after that game. And I do mean he was ugly-crying.

That being said, it is kinda funny to see a dude that be talkin' cash sh*t get reduced to baby tears after a loss.

You wanna see some ugly crying you shoulda been at the Soth household last night. He was prolly out there on his personal hoop in his driveway showing the neighbor kids how the Joker shoulda done it. (Ball rolls out to street gets run over by an ice cube looking guy and Soth goes back inside for supper).

I got it out the muuuuuudd.

Kawhi is the man. Blazers probably go down in 6 games but I will say it’s an opportunity for a miracle Bill Walton 77 season or a Mavs 2011 season, out of nowhere. We need Al freaky deaky Aminu to not be soft though. Collins brings it.

I can't stop laughing at widdle ol' Embiid. Him so sad.

Seriously though, I find it refreshing how much he cared. Didn't try to be all too cool for school like most of 'em.

Then again, perhaps if he had cared enough to take care of his body they would've advanced.

Oh no he di'n't.

Milwaukee and Golden State are both large favorites to make it to the finals now. I assumed the series with Toronto would be closer but not according to Las Vegas.

Man, the way Game 1 went it’s seems Dame and CJ don’t want no problems, so surprised at the porous floor game
they played after a gritty Game 7. The most successful method to slowing Steph is simple: physicality off the ball. Them dudes just ran alongside him like meet runners. Stotts didn’t do his team any favors with Kanter sagging back like some rim protector lol. Pat Connaghton and Serge Ibaka have a higher chance of kicking up some dust. You could punch Kawhi and he wouldn’t do anything but break your hand on his Terminator face.

I didn’t watch the game. Matter of fact as soon as the lotto for the Hawks ended I immediately turned off the tv as to give it no ratings.

Garbage.

You didn’t miss nothing brother, Blazers sleepwalking.

I wasn’t mad, most seem to believe that this is the end of tanking. Everyone involved with the Suns did a synchronized facepalm. Schlenk is a draft master, we’ll be fine. The Knicks fans were pissed so that’s always a plus. Zion’s face and anxiety was priceless (dude legs we’re shaking like crazy after the Pelicans won, not even a fake smile). It’s sad he’s gonna be wasted down there. Perhaps he pulls a diva move and forces a trade to play with Trae. I can dream.

With the way GS has been steam rolling opponents with Durant sidelined, does that have any effect on his legacy if the best team proves (yet again) that they are dominant even without him?

Durant lost all my respect when he got beat by the Warriors and joined them. Is he a dominant player, yes. Would he have gotten a ring had he not joined the Warriors, I highly doubt it. If he goes to NY he’s toast...with Kyrie..without, doesn’t matter.

I mean maybe he knew he could never win on his own and wanted rings...that’s cool I guess but I question his heart and his confidence to get the job done on his own. My opinion only.

 I haven’t watched a single minute of the western conference finals. I refuse to watch the scrubs and will never give them ratings.

BTW Benhill is a scrub fan first. I didn’t know I thought he was scrubs on the side until I found out his true identity. :nonono:

Kawhi Was the Best Player on the Court in One of the Biggest Wins in Raptors History

Maybe hold off on Giannis’s coronation

The resurrection of Fred VanVleet’s jumper, the all-court poise of Kyle Lowry, the devastating defense that has banished Mike Budenholzer’s halfcourt offense to the deepest recesses of postseason hell—all of it played crucial roles in the Raptors’ 105-99 Game 5 win over the Bucks on Thursday, which gave Toronto a 3-2 lead in the Eastern Conference finals.

The Raptors won Game 5 in large part because, when it mattered most, they had Kawhi Leonard, the best player on the court, in this series, in the conference, and maybe, at this moment in time, in the whole goddamn league. Leonard did what he does: He walked right up with a Frigidaire stare and...dominated as a scorer, playmaker, and defender, flirting with a triple-double, and leading the Raptors to a place they’ve never been before—one win away from the NBA Finals.

Leonard was everything the Raptors needed, every time they needed it, and the result was another unbelievable game in a postseason full of them. He finished with 35 points on 11-for-25 shooting, including a 5-for-8 mark from 3-point range and 8-for-9 at the foul line—his seventh outing of 35 or more in these playoffs.

The Raptors are 48 minutes away from the first NBA Finals in franchise history, and now they have to close it out. It won’t be easy. The Bucks won’t give it to them; they’re going to have to take it. This is why you trade for Kawhi Leonard. He’s the right man for the job.

Kawhi’s been my #1 target for years, hope he and the Raps stomp Pudenholzer’s a$$ in Game 6 and get it over with. Pud left standing there open-mouth-breathing with that “I smell $hit” look, I hope it freezes like that. Then put the Curriers away in 7. Ohhh, the horror (glory)...
