Cross kemba off the list (not that he was ever a realistic option). Almost no chance he will turn down a super max from Charlotte and on the off chance he would the only teams he would leave for would be sure fire contenders.

Definitely seems like the list is getting a bit shorter each day. Ohhh well, Like Bgood already mentioned. There's going to be a lot of great point guards in the 2020 draft.

In the meantime, Shoot for the stars with one of Beverly, Collison, or Joseph? Providing we can complete a plus move or two.

I have read he likes Charlotte. Built a house there - maybe its more a "mansion" than "house" :)

But thats a big deal if Charlotte is willing to pay max or close to max level - meaning 5/200 is pretty stout deal

The Miami Herald first reported Holmes' arrest with James Webb III, who was a two-way player with the Brooklyn Nets.

The Suns declined to comment to The Republic on Holmes' reported arrest, citing the legal nature of the situation.

Both Holmes, 25, and Webb, 25, posted bond after spending several hours in jail.

The funny thing is they act like they are doing the Suns a favor. Booker has this horrible contract that makes him a negative asset yet everyone is willing to trade for him. How interesting.

Crazy how some people will care about Holmes smoking a joint. Maybe they should try smoking kush too and wake-up and realize that all these guys smoke everyday and it makes them fell better and does not impact their health. Hell, these guys all definitely play ripped off their ass hahahah

Kemba was always a long shot. I think the Knicks or Nets might be more bummed that the Suns. I think he grew up in the NY/NJ area.

I like those names Collison or Beverley. Rubio is out there too but he is not the shooter. Bobby Marks on the GamboBurns interview thought he would be more money than Collison or Beverley

Always a chance at LOnzo Ball too - if the LeBroners want Garland. Probably today, thats the PG I might want most. If the deal were something like 6/Josh or 6/31/Okobo-Melton for BAll

Kemba never made any sense, might actually have been the least likely of all the big names to come to Phoenix. Even before he became super max eligible Charlotte could offer the most money so if he was going to leave cash on the table it certainly wouldn't have been to come to Phoenix. It would have been to his home town or a certain contender.

With some of the others you can at least see some logic, like KD knows Monty and seems to like Phoenix (not implying KD is a real possibility just saying it makes more sense than kemba). Or even a guy like Kyrie because he's such a wild card weirdo he could sign damn near anywhere.

I'm curious to see what kind of market Rubio has. With more and more emphasis on shooting I think his FA market might be real soft. Like he could be looking at high-end backup money.

Now that Igor is gone I doubt Phoenix will have much of any interest. Gambo seems to be getting fed info they want shooting in a PG (which is the right thing to do).

I am not sure I want Kyrie. He left Cleveland, didn't seem like he fit in Boston.
Also, though a Max player would be nice of course - unless the writing or gossip is strong with a player like KD - I would just as soon use the money wisely to improve the roster of the team with the hopes that Booker and Ayton becomes your "star" players. Suns need to start improving. Needs to be realistic and a process. I didn't hear the Monty interview on the Woj pod but Sidery or somebody transcribed a part on twitter and Monty basically said he thinks this first year needs to be a process to set a foundation. So basically still "a timeline process"

Anyone else hear Bridges interview on 98.7 this morning?
Sounds like he has been living in the gym working on his handles and shooting.

I like that Gambo is saying they need a shooter too. You see it with the Warriors, Rockets, Denver, Blazers - both guards can "score the ball"

I wonder who Gambos source is these days - and yes about Rubio. I was Pro Rubio a long time as you all know - but his lack of shooting (I mean, he missed shots against Houston badly!) - I think I am off the Rubio train.
