Changed my 2nd vote from Hayes to Nassir Little. He might be raw but his potential is sky high in our system that doesn't put too much responsibility on him and we have time to develop him as well

Yes. Go with the best talents available. If you can develop one into a superstar, you hit a home run. Ideally, I want both but just one is fine. Other than that I like Goga and Sekou.

Hunter is still my guy but we got three guys. We need that one guy who can do it two ways at a legit sky high level. Hunter might not be that guy. He would better with a complete defensive personnel. With us, too much is on him defensively when we are an offensive minded team.

Nas has moved passed DeAndre for me. The NBA is a long game. In our system, we can take more risk. Hunter still ahead of Goga and Sekou for me

If he'd gone to a bad team where he was the #1 option from day one, he'd easily be a top-10 prospect.

A la Collin Sexton last season.

maybe. little played with good players and learned a lot; he got a lot better. He hasn't played a lot of high level organized basketball. Word is that he will go top 10. I don't know if he would have developed more on a bad team.

People do argue a lot that UNC is not one and done friendly. obviously it was for coby but not naz.

Worried he’s trying to sell himself as Kawhi. I like the confidence but it reminds me of Mo Bamba trying to sell himself as the second coming of Mutombo. Also don’t like the fact that he didn’t start for UNC and then he blames it on the coaching staff and them not knowing how to use him. Coby was also a freshman and he did well in the UNC system. Lastly, he’s a true athlete above a natural basketball player which isn’t my fav. I’d rather a guy be a true basketball player and our training staff make him an athlete.

I’d really like to take a pass on him if possible.

Wish I could combine Cam’s skills with Keldon’s dog mentality. That would prolly be the 3rd overall pick. Still don’t see him sliding past 7.

Mo was selling that he is like Embiid. Not Deke. Bamba still is a hell of a talent. He just needs time

What’s weird about him at UNC is that UNC pushed the fast break ALOT. You’d think he’d shine in that situation as an athletic guy who fills a lane and waits for a pass from White. Still nothing. His potential is high no doubt but he’s got one of the lowest floors in the lottery. Like wash out of the league low..

He has huge bust potential for sure. He looked awful at Carolina.

How does player look? Would you remember him if you only saw his picture once? This is how I judge these candidates. Just look back on previous drafts, especially terrible draft classes. They all look like people you would never remember after seeing their picture once...or even twice.

I was on the Trae train immediately because I knew I would never forget this guy's 40 yr old face, bird hair, UPS uniform at the draft, etc. Characters win.

The only people in this draft I immediately think I would recognize are Zion, Ja, RJ, Cam, Bol, Sekou (maybe). I know it's not an exact science, but this is how I rank the prospects. I believe Ja is going to be the best of the group, FYI.

I'm against Cam because he reminds me of Jeurys Familia, though.

I hear naz is going top 10. I follow unc a lot and don't know what I think. I know from personal history that even if you are a super athlete if you don't have it mentally you won't get there. that is my concern with plenty of these guys. You have to roll the dice.

UNC beat gonzaga's butt, but I really like brandon clarke. he executed on athleticism that was remarkable. of course zion did as well.
