Yea, that's one of the things I think will be the most interesting about this series. They CANNOT put Kawhi on Curry or Klay, cause he will be exhausted in 20 mins flat. On the other hand Iggy and Klay can at least try to limit Kawhi. We will see tho.

We're more than adept at keeping up with Golden State's off ball shooters because Masai has made sure to sign point guards that are good at fighting through screens. This is an area of defense that has never bothered us about the Warriors throughout the years.

Mm, Curry is the best shooter, ever, Klay is top 5, easily if not top 3. Curry's been averaging 37 points in the past 6 games. We aren't talking about some random dudes. Oh, and Green has been balling out of control and looked incredible in these 6 games as well.

Yeah, and I never denied those things. I'm pointing out that chasing off ball shooters has never been our problem. It never was in years past with superior Warriors teams either, and us employing defenders like DeMar DeRozan, Jonas Valanciunas, Luis Scola, and DeMarre Carroll in the starting lineup.

This will be really really really tough for the Raps. Hope they can find a way.

The Warriors are the heavy favorites to win the championship. I don’t want to hear anyone say the Warriors are the underdogs.

Well, the poll on this very same thread suggests that they are underdogs according to the experts on RealGM. Are you saying they are wrong?

BTW why was the poll reset? It had 25+ votes and was showing the Raptors with 60%+ of the votes.

Nah, the Warriors are always a draw and Kawhi is the player of the moment in the leauge.

This isn't the 2005 Spurs vs Pistons.

And a lot of people don't want to see GS win again.

I don't like Kyle Lowry's chances at trying to keep up with the Splash Bros on either end.
I don't like the Raptors' chances playing at the pace the Ws play at for 48 minutes, especially their bigs.
Kawhi is going to have to be really, really good for the Raptors to have a chance.
Otherwise, it looks like 3 superstars vs. 1 in favor of the Ws, much like the Houston series.

Warriors do terrible things to teams that have a single offensive creator.

Warriors don't have 3 superstars...they only have 2 in Curry & KD...and KD is out for a couple games so they'll only have 1 during the first 2 road games.

Going to be really interesting to see Iggy's defense against Kawhi.

Given their recent playoffs struggles and their inability to win with just three all-stars, I'm not surprised. As a Warriors fan, the best thing that can happen is for the Raptors to also believe the hype and think that they are up against an inferior opponent.

I don't think any logical person views GS as the underdogs here; this is their 5th straight finals vs a Raptor team whose celebrating just being in the finals for the first time.
