Honestly, I think this was a perfect year not to tank. All the players between ~8 and ~15 are the same level of talent. We are pretty much guaranteed to get a chance to draft a pretty good prospect at 15.

Porter has the highest reward I think. I tend to think Miami takes him.

It better be because lottery picks gets you assets you can cash out on later, thus the flexibility to make big ish trades later or let them develop.

That's probably one of the biggest benefits of netting a few lottery picks during rebuilds.
