Time for Johnny and Jim to try their coup again. Jeanie is completely out of touch. Jesse and Joey need to step in and just remove her or sell the team.

Selling the team would be stupid.
They have LeBron, young talent, a max FA spot, and a lottery pick.
No owner would be dumb enough to sell under those circumstances.

She must have unliked it because it's not there anymore[/quote]
She may have not read the caption and just liked it based on the photo. I wouldn’t read to much into it.

This is likely probably what happened

so not only is she not paying attention, liking tweets without reading them but she like a tweet of a guy that most are saying is dragging the franchise through the mud. Don't get me wrong, I hope they remain like brother and sister, but it's all just weird timing.

I agree. Doesn’t make her look great regardless

All this bad PR and turmoil will be immediately forgotten if the Lakers sign a big fish in July.
Even if they don't sign one, they should be able to get a playoff spot without major changes to the roster, barring injuries causing several starters to miss 20 games each or more again like this season.

Agreed. This will all die down if we assemble a solid team another Lebron this off season, which may or may not one of the big name free Agents.

Disagree.
It won’t die down until we make the playoffs and win the whole damn thing.
Even if kawhi signs, the media will question it. Lebron is over the hill, kawhi chose glitz over winning, etc.
We are in a no win situation. Which is fine. We need to remind everyone who’s boss.
Case in point... Pelinka is reportedly hated by every gm and agent but he has a great relationship with rich paul but then he gets criticized for having too close a relationship with a powerful agent. Its 100% clear that the media won’t let the lakers win anything until we actually win.
Remember that.
