NYG wrote:Mavericks: Waiting for free agency before making any trades.
Rockets: Listening to offers for players besides Harden of course. Not really committed to trading any one, but if talent/chemistry can be upgraded then I would consider it.
Grizzlies: Shopping Mike Conley for a rebuilding package.
Pelicans: Willing to listen to offers for Anthony Davis.
Spurs: Looking to trade up in the draft. Has 19, 29, Forbes and Belinelli to offer.
Suns have interest in Beal. We would build a package around #6, Bridges, and a future first.wackbone wrote:Atlanta: Realistically hanging on to 8 and 10. Will pick a wing and a big man most likely. Would be willing to trade up if the offer was enticing. Atlanta would also like to explore taking on undesired contracts for compensation. Lots of cap space. Players OTB: Kent Bazemore, Miles Plumlee, Taurean Prince.
Charlotte: Sucks that Kemba will make his FA decision after the draft. Likely taking a big man at 12 to go with Monk and Bridges. Would like to explore trade possibilities for Nic Batum, Bismack Biyombo, Marvin Williams, and Cody Zeller. If we keep Kemba, it'll likely be for the supermax, so we'd like to get rid of as much money as possible. If Kemba leaves, we'll be going for a full rebuild.
Miami: Probably taking BPA at 13. Looking to possibly deal Ryan Anderson or Hassan Whiteside. We're still trying to compete (although it's futile lol). We've been told both Haslem and Wade are retiring, two Heat legends, who'd we like to offer some sort of non-playing employment to.
Orlando: Pretty desperately need guard help. Gordon, Isaac, and Bamba are all untouchable, unless the offer absolutely blows us away. Everyone else is available at the right price. We should target at guard at 16, and will likely pay big bucks to a FA guard later this offseason as well.
Washington: Lots of decisions to make this offseason, particularly with Wall's impending Supermax while injured. I think the Wizards will hold on to Wall and Beal for the long haul, and try to create a halfway decent team around them. Targeting BPA that's not a SG at 9. Would like to keep Portis, Bryant, and Satoransky this offseason. We're still deciding on Jabari Parker's Team Option (While I would decline it, I think there's a good chance IRL that the Wizards accept it.) If anyone wants to take on Wall's contract, we're more than willing to negotiate, although we know it's unlikely. We will listen to offers for Beal, but it has to blow us away for us to consider it.

Nuggets: Willing to make a move for an All NBA guy. Otherwise, standing pat for the most part. Willing to move Will Barton for an expiring contract for a player who may not be as skilled.
Trailblazers: Looking to shed some salary. Leonard and Turner plus the #25 are very moveable. Want to be in a position to sign Hood if they cant find a bigger star through trade. Luxury tax is an issue.
Thunder: Will listen to offers for Steven Adams. Would like to move Schroder. Want to retool a little bit. Luxury tax is a serious issue. Paid more than any other team in NBA history last year.
TWolves: moving Deing or Wiggins is in play. Would like to clear up future space. Pick #11 is available for the right deal.

1. I’ll consider your Conley offer once I review a few others.
2. Taurean Prince for Nene and 2020 Top 12 Protected Rockets 1st (2021 Top 10 Protected Rockets 1st - Becomes 2 2nd’s if not conveyed)?
Suns may be interested in moving back a couple spots for the Tyler Johnson contract.wackbone wrote:Atlanta: Realistically hanging on to 8 and 10. Will pick a wing and a big man most likely. What kind of offer would you put together for Adams? He is too good just to dump.wackbone wrote:jredsaz wrote:Suns: Going to look to acquire an All Star level player prior to the draft. 6 is available for the right offer. The Hawks would like to talk with a few of these teams. We have a lot of cap space to spare. So you could send unwanted salary, with additional compensation, to the Hawks. Of the players you specifically listed, TJ Warren and Josh Jackson would be interesting. In a completely separate thinking deal, Steven Adams could be under consideration.
No interest in Wiggins, just saying.

But if you wait through FA the LA picks are gone. Also LAs package will have big $$$ decisions coming soon. Ingram extension in 2020 could be tough.wackbone wrote:jredsaz wrote:Suns have interest in Beal. We would build a package around #6, Bridges, and a future first.wackbone wrote:

The Wizards are listening, but would likely need more than that. We could see the Lakers offering us a better package if they strike out on big time Free Agents, for example. We would like to take our time before committing to anything franchise-changing.

That's something I'm considering. Beal is first priority. But that's somewhat of a long shot. Need to see where AD goes. Still not sure the Laker offer is better than what the Suns would. Mikal is underrated. He will be a 18/5 lock down 3/D guy for a long time. Beal is the only realistic target the Suns would move him for.wackbone wrote:jredsaz wrote:Suns may be interested in moving back a couple spots for the Tyler Johnson contract.wackbone wrote:Atlanta: Realistically hanging on to 8 and 10. 6 and Johnson for 8? The Hawks would give that some serious consideration
That's the tought position for OKC and why, in the end, he probably doesnt move.wackbone wrote:jredsaz wrote:What kind of offer would you put together for Adams? No doubt he's a good player, but we don't believe he is worth anything near that contract, and at the absolute best his contract is a net neutral.
