Yeah I think most would agree LA only because its the entertainment business epicenter of the galaxy so its no wonder they'd have the hottest average chick per capita more than anywhere else.

Toronto is pretty high up there for global metropolitan centres though. It wasn't always this way (I'm 34 having lived in T.O for years) but it would seem most of Canada's best looking women/young professionals have migrated to Toronto over the years. When you walk around KingSt. W these days you'll see 10's all over the place. Its crazy. I swear it never used to be like this.

Quebec you give credit to the Francophones having preserved their little gene pool with their local breeding. They got wicked hot French babes no doubt but its not the at the highest ratio like what you'll find in T.O.

I guess what I'm saying is Toronto is Canada's LA.

I spent 10 days in Toronto , saw games 5 and 7 against 76ers. I didnt notice that many good looking women, albeit I was with my GF and wasnt looking for any per se. We were all over DT Toronto but it was mostly meh. I'm probably wrong but this was my experience.

Yeah as someone who spent all of September, October and November in Italy & Croatia, and then January through April in Southern California - there is absolutely no question the most beautiful women on this planet reside in Southern Europe (or Europe in general).
