Who has the best work ethic between Culver and RJ?

^both kids are known as gym rats.
Though RJ's drive is the stuff of legends.

Both are gym rats. R.J. with Reddish has the highest upside in the draft. R.J. has the strongest work ethic and i mentioned, he fits Travis PDS better than anyone in this class. This would turn us into a Houston Rocket type of team. Not sure that can win titles but it will contend in the long run. I'll still rather Cam but now this puts us the same situation as last year since Cleveland really wants R.J. bad.

Re: 2019 NBA Draft Prep
3 is a tremendous trade spot as well. Cleveland wants it bad. We could get them to unprotect 2020 instead of the top 10 protection we currently have and still get Cam

I know I'm in the minority, but i still have RJ as the best long term prospect in this draft.
Enough to trade 8,10 and Prince to NY for 3 and Lance Thomas?
Wasserman wants to sub Lance for Jamalos Frank. Either way I think I would do it. This is a top 5 draft to me with 1-3 being a tier above slightly.
Tier 1
Zion
Tier 2
Morant
RJ
Tier 3
Culver
Cam
Picks 6 and on...tier 4 and on down.

Very interesting that RJ refused Memphis work-out. They have #2 and he said no...?

So we trade up to 3 then back to 5? I don't see that happening.

He probably wants to go to New York.

He probably wants to go to New York.
That would seem to complicate trading up for him

It's an unrealistic concept. (Why wouldn't NYC just take the superior package for #3 up front?)
Complicated by the fact we couldn't finalize a trade of #3 for #8 until Knicks know who's available with the 8th pick...after #5 pick has been used.

Re: 2019 NBA Draft Prep
I'm leaning hard Cam, Sekou and a trade up for C. Would anyone be worried sinking 2 top 10 picks into such un-proven high ceiling players?

Yes.
One thing no one seems to take into account in Schlenk's drafting history:
Spoiler:
All that to say, I think it's unlikely we actually take two unproven young players in the first round. Even if we take a high risk, high reward young kid at #8, it seems more likely we take a proven player after that.

Hachimura fits the profile to a T.

As does another player in that range:
*sigh*
Any chance you can delete this before @spud sees it.

Apparently it works like this: Long arms, young=good, not as long arms, not as young=bad, efficiency and production be damned.

Re: 2019 NBA Draft Prep
Looks like Clarke might be a lock for us at 10. Was Trae the only prospect to have dinner with Schlenk and Pierce last year?

Clark can play. He's just too small to be a big in the NBA.

Collins is a bit under-sized at PF. How does Clark fit?

How is information like that uncovered? Are detectives following around NBA GMs?
