It has been confirmed by sources that PT has lost track of which teams he is dealing with as he has been unsuccessful at all fronts in terms of getting above market value for his players. The most recent example given was that while negotiating with GM hoffa he thought he was dealing with the Raptors organization.

Yes, next offseason 2019 2nd round and 2018 1st round picks will have their options exercised or declined.
