I saw Talen play every game at Iowa State. I honestly wouldn’t want him. I don’t think he will have much of a career in the NBA. Kinda lacks b-ball iq and is mentally soft.

I want Kabengele too but would be crazy to me if he was there. In the teens I'm calling teams with Sterling to try to go get him or Goga if they're still there.

Goga will be long gone. I think Kabengele has gone from being underrated to overrated. Remember, he came off the bench for FSU and was often playing against backups or winded starters. I think he can put up good scoring and rebounding numbers in the NBA, but his very poor assist/to ratio bothers me. Like a lot of players, his success might come down to how well he develops his 3 point shot.

How realistic is it to buy a draft pick in the second round? 4 Teams basically have half the round: Atlanta has 3, Philly has 4, Sac has 3, LAC has 2,

I think it's pretty realistic, not sure how likely it is. What a crazy turnabout that would be.

I like Naz Reid, Kevin Porter and Louis King right now. Porter is a wild card with his maturity issues but I think he has as much potential as almost anyone in the draft. Porter could easily be a bust though and doesn't seem like a player the organization would take a chance on. There are a ton of good options again this year in the late first round imo. Louis King seems like one of the safest picks with a lot of upside.

Seems like a relevant article to our draft slot and our general position as a team

Any chance the bucks draft a player for a team and trade him for future seconds or a couple seconds this year? I have no clue who will be around but having extra bullets in the second compared to one pick seems like a risk I'd take.

Not sure if we have a path to a top ten pick, but maybe if Charlotte is desperate enough to shed some of Batum's deal and Washington wants as many picks as possible?

George Hill and DJ Wilson are not netting us a top 10 pick.

Look at the whole deal, we're taking on Batum's contract. Charlotte probably doesn't go for it, but it saves them a lot of money next year. This was piggybacking off of emmuney's trade idea in the offseason thread.

Basically took out Monk and re-routed Charlotte's pick to Washington, who moves back a few spots to pick up #30 and Wilson. It would be a coup for us, but not impossible.

Isn’t it basically trading away a top 10 pick to save like $10ish million? Hill and Snell are more expensive this year than Batum and then Hill is gone and they save like $15 mil that year? I think it’s 100% impossible.

I think shedding $15M is pretty significant. Maybe you take Snell out of the deal entirely to entice Charlotte, but then that's nearly ~$40M committed to two subpar wings in 2020-21.

I was searching for a Big that can shoot, 3s and 70+ FT%, BUT I can't find anyone.

Naz Reid, Luka Samanic. Not good enough, a lot of flaws, especially lack of athleticism.

Just somehow get Hartenstein from the Rockets

Now I need time to search for a wing or best player available …
