I suddenly got very depressed about us having the 12th pick.
Who I woulda took:
2023: Miller | 2022: Duren | 2021: Bouknight, Jones | 2020: Ball | 2019: PJ | 2018: MPJ | 2017: Monk | 2016: Damian Jones | 2015: Winslow | 2014: Vonleh, Napier | 2013: McLemore | 2012: MKG | 2011: Knight, Kawhi

PJ Washington for me.

I think he screams versatile front court player. He has the size and length to start at PF day 1 for us. Shot the 3 ball extremely well this past season at 42 percent.

One of the players who went back to school and got considerably better after disappointing his freshman season.

My favorite part about him as a prospect is his ability to slide over to Small Ball Center with 7-3 wingspan. Has a strong enough post game to punish switches, something Cody and Marv struggle with.

Add in he has big hands (something that seems to be prevalent in stars) and I think I’m sold on him as my favorite pick for 12 right now.

I’m an Indiana fan and I’m not a big Romeo fan. He is very passive and against Duke he disappeared.

His shooting mechanics aren’t awful, he just doesn’t seem to make very many threes.

Going with Hayes here

Why would anyone draft him in the first round? He is 6' 11" and only managed ten points and five rebounds per game, with eight assists the entire season. He was a first-year student, allegedly; make him prove himself before you take a multi-million dollar gamble.

Would be surprised if any center is drafted in Lottery at this point. Think Hayes goes in the late teens.
