I told Deez when I was working pre-season games that Derrick White is a PLAYER and the dude balled out. Deez gonna be a contender for a minute.

I was just in the right place at the right time for Giannis. It was early in the bidding and just wanted a player I could build around.

I liked Derrick White from the draft and wanted him or Josh Hart. The Spurs are a nice franchise for him in real life and he had developed really well.
