What I was taught was as a smaller player you slow up and then go to the opposite side away from his strong hand and the basket prevents the block.

You notice all these chase down blocks are on the right side of the basket.

Lebron blocking Iguodola

You gotta go to the opposite side to prevent the block.....

don't get me wrong, I love jack Armstrong (prefer him over Leo on the Canadian broadcasts) but I think a lot of his homerism complaining about the officiating spills over to raps fans. kind of sad that people get so into complaining about the officiating - personally, I think all the bad calls even out.... no conspiracies...
