Tbh cousins didn't say anything it was mainly Klay and Draymond. Cousins was just flopping but he did help them win game 2.

I think Cousins is the only player in NBA who Mark can out-jump.

Without KD and after another season takes its toll on Steph, Klay and Dray, the Warriors are no longer favorites to win it all. I would put Philly ahead of them and maybe even Milwaukee depending on the offseason. Obviously the Raptors won't be contenders if Kawhi signs in LA, but they would be happy with the chip

If the Raptors win a championship I and other fans don't really care what you or other people think about our chances to repeat but thanks.

Lol every excuse in the book for curry. 43 minutes is not much in a finals game. It’s embarrassing that you think that’s running a player into the ground

Kawhi played a double overtime game in Game 3 to beat the Bucks, then needed guys to step up in game 4 on a less rest. And that's after a tough 7 game series vs. Philly and playing multiple 40+ games. That's just the reality of the playoffs. One game at 43 shouldn't tire you out, especially when you've got 10 days of rest before the finals. If that much usage could burn out Curry, then this is a coaching blunder by Kerr to use Curry that late in a losing effort without Klay.

If the Raptors keep Kawhi they'll absolutely be in contention again. They may have to retool a bit due to the age of some of their other players, but Kawhi is right in his prime.

I'm super excited about the east next year.

If Kawhi stays Bucks, Raptors, Sixers alone are all going to be really good... and there's potential for Boston, the Nets and/or the Knicks to take major steps forward

Is it even a real excuse or just a bad take? Curry played 41 minutes in game 6 vs OKC in 2016, then 40 minutes in game 7 and was somehow able to muster up the energy to perform and help his team win.

I don't know why someone would think that a player can never play big minutes in games in the playoffs unless it is him being run to the ground. It happens, sometimes you have to, all these guys do it.

Just last playoffs, he played 40 minutes in game 6 vs Houston, 44 minutes in game 7, then 3 days later he played 46 minutes and had 29/6/9 in that OT win. He could do all that, then suddenly playing 43 minutes in one game runs him to the ground? Kawhi played 52 minutes, the most of any player in the double OT win vs Milwaukee in game 3, 5-6 more than Giannis, and he was able to perform to helps his team get 3 more wins.

Curry isn't fragile or something, I think he can handle it. The Raptors are just tough, and there's no Durant around to ease the load either.

Isn’t Curry 30? He’s not a kid anymore. Unsure what his minutes 3 years ago have to do with anything. He was solo dolo out there grinding game 3. 47 points. Run into the ground. It was pointless.

Offense is just as important.

Raps are one of the best offensive team's in the league.

They're the only team in the league where every single rotation player is a legit 3pt threat that cannot be cheated off of. And at least 5 of those rotation players are not just 3pt threats, but guys who you can give the ball to on the perimeter and they can initiate the offense themselves.

Only way Raptors don't win game 5 is the pressure be too much for them. I don't see how they lose game 5 at home when they just won game 3 and 4 on the road.

The old saying still holds true, " Its not over till its over". I'm personelly rooting for the raptors. But the media is ridiculous. Anything can happen, lets just wait and see the result.

Canada is going to have several attepts to close this out, and I hope they do. I think is they win this will be great thing for the league in general going forward.

I also never understood why Canadian fans thinks America hates them. I bet well over 1/2 of us south of the boader are rooting for Toronto in this series. I have always cosidered our two countries on equal terms, and have vacationed up north of the boader several times.

You have a solid goverment in place, and I have always felt very safe when visiting your country, I never thought it even felt any different than being in the USA.

The only difference I ever noticed was better fishing up north.

From a basketball perspective, its refreshing if the raptors win the title as it will add more drama for next season like how GSW will respond and how the raptors will build on what they have in order to repeat.

The basketball fans are the biggest winner.

Here is proof we like you guys.

"According to Betonline, 47 states are hoping to end this season with the Raptors as champions."

"The results show that California, Nevada and Hawaii are the only states cheering for a three-peat Warriors championship"

And in the rest of the US, Knowbody even likes Californians, other than other Californians. If they ever voted to suceed, I would vote "yes", and then shortly after dam up the colarado river. and trade water for good movies.

Let's be honest, almost everyone is more so rooting against the Warriors as opposed to rooting for the Raptors. That doesn't mean they hate the Raptors or anything but they're just sick and tired of Golden State and Toronto knocking them off their throne would set a great precedent in the NBA going forward; which is you don't need to load up on top tier talent to have a chance at a championship.

I think there's two important things you're not taking into account.

One, you come from a state that borders a Great Lake so you're close enough to Canada not to be that naive about Canadians.

Two, a huge majority of non-Warriors fans want them to lose after what they did to the competitive balance of the League.

I remember there were posters here claiming curry had much better stamina than lebron and even Jordan.
