Man... dude is becoming like the ultimate bad guy. If he does indeed change zip codes to ours, it's going to be nice revelling in the vitriol. I mean they heap **** on us, deservingly so sometimes, while we've been bad... I wonder how bad it'll get when you have this dude running this team. Like spoiled cupcakes... dont nobody want none.

Doesn’t necessarily mean he can play though

Also I think the warriors would in fact hold him back even if KD wanted to play, they did with Klay Thompson game 3 and his injury wasn’t nearly as severe

Even if he comes back Kawhi would guard him.

Anyone see anything in The Athletic about the Knicks and Durant?

Holding back Klay at a 1-1 series to preserve his health is different from holding KD back down 3-1, especially if they feel he’s gone. They trying to win. Table set up for him to take credit or take blame.

The Knicks have become so “brazen” in their belief that they are landing Kevin Durant that other free agents are getting upset, writes Joe Vardon of The Athletic. He states that the organization is behaving as though a deal is already in place, even though Durant has strongly denied making a decision, and the Warriors seem resigned that he will be gone after the playoffs.

Which would force Kawhi to use more energy.

Kawhi has been getting a pass on the defensive end in terms of energy since he isn't defending Curry or Thompson.

Dunno. But it’s certainly not new.
That piece from the Athletic came out before Kyrie “decided on” Brooklyn/the Crabbe trade as well as us letting it be known we were also looking at Kawhi.

In other words, no new news.

How would free agents know how The front office is behaving?

Do you mind showing me where i said i gave up on him? All i remember me saying is what i've seen from him so far and that he needs to work on multiple other parts of his game to be a starting PG on a good/great team which he hasn't played on yet. To put up 15 pts and 5 assists a game on a bad team isn't hard to do especially from a guy that has talent to score. For me i want my starting PG to be able to do more than just score on a bad team.

You always talk about trading him. That means you are ready to give up on him. Everyday you quote me with negative stuff about him also. How about we give him time to develop? He's not even close to a finished product.

I always talk about trading him? Well that ones not true unless you're talking about putting him in a trade for AD which is an easy choice. Every day i quote you with negative stuff about him? You mean when you say he's a great player and talk about how great he's going to be and i talk about how much he needs to work on to ever be considered a starting PG on a good/great team? Well that's just me telling the truth and you assuming he's gonna be great. As of right now he's a bad shooter from everywhere even the free throw line and is bad on defense. Defense is about effort and that's something he's choosing not to give enough of and with his alligator arms i don't think he'll ever be good on defense but if he just gave effort then maybe he could get by.

So you said that i said i gave up on him and i asked you to show me where i said that and you couldn't provide that besides saying i did. As long as he's wearing a Knicks uniform i'll never give up on him or any other player wearing that uniform but when i see how much a player needs to work on i'm gonna say it.

You literally quoted me yesterday talking about you want Garland or Coby White as PG over DSJ. Hell you even quoted me again with a post about how Ja would be great for us if we strike out in free agency. If that's not clear that you want to give up on DSJ, then you lying to yourself fam. Garland and Coby White are combo guards with worse court vision and mediocre defense so I am not even sure why you want them anyways. This has nothing to do with an AD trade. This happens like every day bro. Come on. You know it.

And the Knicks were better defensively with him on the court. So I'm not sure where you getting your info from. He improved defense wise a lot this year.

DSJ has a lot of work to do but you are making it seem like he's complete trash and only cares about dunks and highlights. You not willing to give him a chance so whatever man.

Something that hasn't been talked about, and not sure how they work these days, but any chance of getting any of these with a sign and trade? Wouldn't that benefit the player because they could be paid more/more years?

Weren't Bosh and LeBron technically traded?
