Because there's just no spot in him in Toronto's rotation. At this point in his career, he's getting scrub minutes and that's what we are seeing.

Highly doubt we see KD tmrw

he's playing 100% but with limited minutes 15-20 mins would be my guess,

probably just to get him back into game shape and test out the calf and also to see if it will make a difference.

the warriors got nothing to lose at this point. KD isn't one of those quitters and always wants to silence his critics. This is his best chance to do that. So unless he reaggravates the injury, him and warriors have nothing to lose. Bring him out, if they win he'll be less rusty going into game 6. If they lose, he has all summer to get healthy.

Win or lose, it'd be good to see him try and ball. And if he balls out, if even for 15-20 minutes, that'd be so tight. I think he's got heart, and he'll try to help his team.
